Scheme Manager

year.
The Scheme Manager looks after the general
welfare of residents by being available to
help with queries and problems. She will
also help in the event of an alarm call or in
the case of illness or other emergency. She
cannot offer nursing services but will be able
to provide information as to where these and
any other services can be obtained. The
right to privacy to every resident is respected.
This type of shared ownership lease contains
provisions designed to protect the interests of
all residents. The Lessee's principal
responsibilities are:
The Scheme Manager makes calls on the
site during weekday mornings. During offduty hours residents have the benefit of a
direct link to the Council’s 24hr Central
Control Warden Care Scheme, which will
summon assistance as necessary.
