Fall Stitchery Pattern

Supplies:
• Completed “Fall Is Best of All”
stitchery, trimmed to 5½" x 8½"
• ¼ yard fabric
• Scissors
• Straight pins
• Fabric glue
• Whale tail board or other board
• Three small buttons
• Needle and thread
Instructions:
1. Cut fabric to measure 6" x the
circumference of your board plus 1".
Machine wash and lay flat to dry to
fray edges. Iron smooth.
2. Wrap fabric around board and
pin ends together where they meet.
Remove fabric band from board.
3. Stitch on buttons through both layers
of fabric as shown. Remove pins and
replace fabric band on board.
4. Use fabric glue to attach crossstitched design to center front of board.
