for Sl. No. 1, 3,4 & 5 and separale rate should be quoted for
in Sl. No.2. Lowest rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes & delivery charges at
this office & it'll be valid for one year.

3. The interested parties may collect supporting information from House-Keeping section of this
office during office hour.
4. Earnest Money of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) should be deposited through NEFT /
RTGS / Other Electronic means in SBI Bank A/c No. 1082415449:i, Main Branch, Panbazar,
Guwahati or DD in favour of "FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA' payable in Guwahati area
only, without EMD quotation will be rejected outright.
5. Quotations should be submitted alongwith valid copies of PAN card, tax clearance, Trade
License, VAT/CST/Sales Tax certificate & Earnest Money as per same method mentioned above
without which quotations will not be considered/accepted.
6. Last date of submitting quotations with all suppoiting documents is up to 13.09.16,2PM into
drop box at House Keeping Section of Food Corporation of India. D.O. Guwahati, Ulubari,
Guwahati-07 and will be opened at 03.00 PM on the same day in presence of quotationers/ their
authorized representatives.
7. Successful bidder will have to deposit Security Deposit @5% (Five) of total contract value
within 3 (three) days of acceptance of his offer. Successful bidder will also have to submit Bank
Guarantee @I0% of goods value from reputed commercial bank.
8. "No negotiation will be conducted with any of the bidders who participate in this tender."
9. The quoted rate will be accepted subject to prescribed ceiling limit of FCI, HQ Circulars
mentioned above & rate quoted above the upper ceiling rate will be surnmarily rejected.
10. Area Manager reseryes the
right to accept or reject the tenders at hls own discretion.
