What’s Next Club - Wednesday, Oct 28 at 10am, Helen LeMay Room. The
What’s Next Club is for anyone who may be dealing with a loss, recent or past.
Losses occur at every stage in life, particularly in our later years. The loss of a loved
one is always difficult, as are many other losses that are experienced as we age,
such as emotional, physical, mental and social loss. Don’t forget the loss of vision,
hearing or memory problems; a spouse with dementia or the inability to complete
activities of daily living due to medical issues. All of these losses can cause
depression, fear, anger, guilt and confusion. Our group is here to help you figure out
