batch of 10th Standard students.
In the Indian Music Competition for Classes 5 and 6, the judges spoke highly about the standard of
singing, confidence and the choice of songs.
In the English Dramatics Competition for Classes 8 to 10, the skills of acting, speaking, expression,

1st runner- up. Ms. Sharmila Mishra conducted the competition. We all had a good time.
2A- Jehaan Shah
The Indian Music Competition was conducted in the Tagore Hall. I represented the Xavier House and
my song was ‘ Samne Ye Kaun Aya’. I loved the song we sang and I loved the fact that we all sang
together.
3B- Vidit Bohra
The Indian Music Competition is my favourite because I get to learn new songs and hear new songs. I
eagerly wait every year for this competition. This year the Loyola House, which is my House, bagged
the 1st place. Before the competition, I was very nervous. However after the results were announced I
jumped with joy.

For the Indian Music Competition the Britto House came first. The four houses sang four different
songs. The competition was tough but taking part was fun.

At the first round of the competition, I was very nervous, but when I got into the second round I was
happy. Finally, when I won the final round my mother gave me a gift.

My team was very nervous when the quiz started. We were losing, but in the last round we had a
puzzle to solve and our team solved it first and we got 20 points, which put us in the second position.
3B- Deevansh Choksi
At the G.K quiz I realized that we have to practice a lot and we also need to read the newspapers
regularly and that was what I did. I felt nervous on stage but it was fun. I learnt to work as a team and
help my friends and I know that why we won.
4A- Vatsal Roongta
I was delighted when I got to know that I was in the 3rd round of the G.K Quiz. It was a remarkable
and a challenging experience for me.
MARATHI CHORAL RECITATION

close tie between the houses with barely a point or two of difference.

CONCLUDING NOTE
Thus, we can conclude that Campion is a bustling school, with activities planned for nearly every day.
This provides students and teachers with both a challenge and an opportunity: the challenge to retain
good academic scores, and the opportunity to display, unlock and enhance the extracurricular talents
needed as a major supplement to pure academics. Campionites have successfully taken advantage of
both (for we must realize that every challenge is also an opportunity) over the years as well as in the
current one. In short, Campion is the place where I want to be!
