Metagro Cabins develops and produces cabins: in series as
well as custom; body shells as well as fully plug and play.
Metagro Parts supplies parts for both cabins built by Metagro
and for products built elsewhere.

Metagro Plaatbewerking supplies laser cutting and (CNC)
precision bending services, with additional treatments as required:
from rolling and barrel finishing to drilling and thread tapping.
Metagro Special Coatings specialises in cathodic dip priming
(KTL), powder coating and paint spraying of semi-finished and
finished products.

translate a product’s day-to-day use into a perfectly
aligned solution.
Even for a small or medium-sized series,
we deliver custom solutions. How?
We study day-to-day use in detail, so
we can develop the best solution for
each situation. We are experienced,
knowledgeable and, above all, we are
tuned in to end user requirements.
Our basic principle is always ‘first time
right’, which is why we continue to ask
questions and look for the other question
hiding behind the first question. In doing
so, we can help you to see day-today use from all different perspectives.

From solution

Safety and comfort must go hand and hand with
performance. It is a challenge that our engineers
thrive on.
Rules and regulations naturally form
the starting point in this ‘do’ phase: the
design must comply with the standards
that apply to your product. However,
we prefer to look even further ahead.
Does the day-to-day use of your product
perhaps require additional safety
measures? If so, we will take our own
measures, even if there is no applicable
standard. Safety first.
Comfort and ergonomics deserve equal
attention. An adapted line of vision,
a cleverly positioned joystick, a more
comfortable step up or step down…
These might be just details to others, but
essentials to the user. Because we have
mapped out the functionalities with you
during the ‘think’ phase, we can develop
the right solution.
In-house engineers and
external specialists
In this phase, we apply the specialist
knowledge and skills that we have
developed over the years. Wherever
possible we make use of existing
solutions, keeping development costs
low. However, when new solutions
need to be developed, we are happy
to take on the challenge.
Development mainly takes place in
house. After all, we have a team of
extremely experienced engineers.
You also benefit from the fact that we
deliver custom solutions as well as
series: we are used to being creative
and looking for that one right solution,
but we will bring in our external
specialists if necessary. Together
we develop a producible design that
meets all your requirements.

From production
to application
Production and assembly take place almost entirely
in house, which enables us to keep control of the
process and offer continuity without losing flexibility.
Because we deliver not only series but
also custom solutions, we can select the
best production and assembly process for
each product. Whether you need a small
or a medium-sized series, we offer lean
designed processes, optimum efficiency
and maximum reliability of delivery.
At the same time, we remain flexible.
Series and custom solutions run
parallel to each other - both literally and
figuratively. Even late in the process,
we can make last-minute changes if
necessary. That is how we can offer
customisation in series, right up to the
delivery (and afterwards). We believe it
is the only way for you to get the exact
product you require.

The drive to deliver only top quality
is in our DNA, yet it is still good to
know that we are ISO 9001-certified.
We also work in accordance with the
ISO 3834 directives. You can therefore
place high demands on our quality
assurance and the quality of our
welding work.
