Our Trainers are experts in the fields of product
knowledge and servicing and it’s their jobs
not only to educate our staff and dealers but
to ensure everyone meets the criteria which
supports the needs of our customers.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Both lines employ lean methodologies, the
corner stones of which are standard work, visual
management, daily accountability and continuous
improvement. This enables us to produce consistently,
a high quality product, while seeking on going
improvement in every facet of production.

So, when it comes to delivering sales, technical

their hands dirty and to lead by example.

accreditations, all targeted towards first class
consistency of sales and service delivery,
wherever in the world our trucks operate.

TEST
TRACK
In their working lives, Terex Trucks are subjected
to the most extreme working environments.
So, we have to be sure they can withstand whatever
challenges and conditions are presented to them
and while we can’t replicate all the conditions they
might face, we’ve created our own test track to put
them through their paces and those of our visitors!
Weather and conditions permitting, you will be able
to test drive one of our Rigid or Articulated models
under supervision. It’s an exhilarating and fulfilling
experience for everyone!
KEEPING
ON TRACK
Pioneering places an enormous responsibility
on everyone at Terex Trucks. The more successful
we become, the greater our customers’ expectations.
So, to help us maintain progression and consistency in
everything we do, we live by our core values. They form
the foundations of our operating principles which put the
quality of our products and you, the customer, at the heart
of every business decision we make.
SERVICE EXCELLENCE
It takes special people to deliver exceptional service.
People carefully selected for their specialist skills, who
are charged with delivering positive experiences at every
customer touch point.
Great service doesn’t happen by accident, it occurs
because Terex Trucks invests in its people, so we can be
confident in our product quality, our product claims and
the advice and information we provide. By default, we are
our own biggest critics, which means we think through
every stage of our production process and the customer
journey, so you will never have to! Consequently, you can
trust our products to withstand the most testing rigour.
UNRIVALLED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
It’s a big statement to make but in a world full of choices,
we’ve made it our business to ensure satisfaction isn’t
just a promise, it’s Terex Trucks’ guarantee to you!
Our policy also drives our investment and continuous
improvement agendas. We are constantly assessing and
re-evaluating everything we do, so that you can see and
feel the effect of continuous improvement.
