This bar floor was badly damaged, slippery and did not have correct fall to the
drains.
The pipe surface was prepared and joints in the pipe were cleaned out and
sealed with a flexible polyurethane joint sealer.
The Rhino Linings Flooring System has provided a seamless, durable, slip
resistant surface meeting Health and OH&S requirements.
The pipe was primed with NSP150 then coated with Rhino Linings TUFF STUFF.
The extremely fast cure time of TUFF STUFF enabled it to be sprayed on the
vertical and overhead surfaces of this pipe with ease.

This property is located in an exposed area in Wellington NZ, it was designed by a
revolutionary architect, originally with a Butynol roof. It failed, and the new roof was
firstly fixed down with Plywood and then sprayed with TUFF STUFF as the product
has the ability to get into ackward shaped areas as well as being seamless.

This bathroom area was in desperate need of a make over. Rhino Linings
prepared the tiled surface with a diamond grind, high pressure wash, and
sprayed TUFF STUFF on to the walls and floors. The area was then top-coated
with an aliphatic top coat and an anti-slip aggregate.

This underground concrete pipeline required a coating to protect it from corrosion
caused by constant exposure to salt water.
The floor was re-levelled prior to installing Rhino Linings TUFF STUFF using
the Pedestrian Access Flooring System. The entire job took two days and the
bar was put back into service 3 hours after completion.

This balcony had leakage problems, pooling water and it became very slippery
when wet. The internal gutter was covered and the water leaks sealed.
The entire area of the balcony (including previous gutter area and 50mm up the
walls of the house) was then sprayed. A fine aggregate was then added for a
slip resistant finish.

The Museum had problems with water and moitsure penetration through the
historical RA Vance Stand stairs into the Museum Library causing damage to
historical items and causing mould growth.
