Staff Social Activity
Down the Teacher Tools! We can play too!
Friday 21st was the day that the Staff of The Montessori Centre and Wee Wisdom
International participated in the year’s first staff social activity. It was great seeing
the staff from both campuses have fun together.
The activity took the form of a fun sports, where teachers immersed themselves in
activities such as tag, lime and spoon relay, sack race, balls race and water relay and
Captains were selected and each group had to select a name for their team. They were
“Fire N’ Ice”,” 007” and “Partners in Kryme” respectively.
The participants’ competitive spirit was very apparent as every team member vied for
first place in each event. It was wonderful to hear laughter and loud cheers from the
sidelines as the activities went on. Which emerged victorious? “Partners in Kryme”.
The goal was to have an activity where teachers would be free to D-Stress after weeks
of hard work in the classroom. We also celebrated staff birthdays for the months of
July to November.
It was deem a success. Thanks teachers for participating, Mrs. Murray for your
continued support and Social Committee members for planning and executing the
plan.
