To Prepare A Stakeholders Comments to the
Tradewinds Methane Extraction and Power Generation
for submission to the
Project
UNFCCC Clean Development Mechanism (COM) Project;
Invitation for local participation and call for comments;
Miri, Sarawak
Tradewinds Plantation Berhad, in collaboration with BioX Carbon Malaysia
Sdn Bhd is developing a COM project at their Binu Palm Oil Mill. The
project will address the greenhouse gas emission of methane gas from the
palm oil mill effluent by extracting and converting it to renewable energy
that will be used at the mill under the Clean Development Mechanism of
the Kyoto Protocol.
Herewith we would like to invite the locals to the briefing of the methane
extraction and power generation project:

satu projek Mekanisma Pembangunan
Bersih di Kilang Kelapa Saw it Binu. Projek ini akan mengurangkan
pembebasan gas rumah kaca dengan pemerangkapan biogas - metana di
kolam anaerobik dari air kumbahan kilang. Biogas ini akan diguna sebagai
tenaga boleh diperbaharui untuk kegunaan kilang di bawah applikasi
Projek Mekanisma Bersih, Kyoto Protokol.
Masyarakat setempat adalah dijemput untuk memberi pandangan
ulasan mengenai projek ini pada satu majlis taklimat seperti berikut:
