Massive 10“diameter auger has a heavy steel 4“diameter
auger tube and hefty ¼“ thick flighting. The reinforced ends
of the double flighted outer section take on the hardest frozen
material with ease and kicker paddles quickly load feed into
the impeller.
The wide stainless steel paddles carry lots of feed and are
reversible for long life. Fast paddle tip adjustment makes it
easy to maintain maximum throwing power. The stainless steel
rim sheet resists gumming.
The heat treated & sharpened auger knives are angled to self
sharpen. Carriage bolts make knife replacement safer and
easier.
The greasable cast flange heavy duty bearings on the Jamesway
VOLU-MAXX impeller mean long life and low maintenance.
The impeller is top-opening to make service and adjustment
fast and easy.

The Flex-Shaft Ring Drive
provides simple, dependable
power from the auger gearbox
with only one moving part,
while the proven Independent
Ring Drive model, with 500:1
gear reduction, requires only
the operation of the ½ HP
motor during distribution. Both
models float on stainless steel
mounts and are equipped with
dependable ratchet clutch
protection.
TRUE THREE-POINT, WIDE
HEXAPOD SUSPENSION
The VOLUMAXX hexapod (not
tripod) wall-to-wall suspension
system is the true three-point
suspension system. Hexapod
suspension means no tipping or
tilting of the unloader, no weights
to bother with and level unloading,
from top to bottom.
The Jamesway Heavy Duty Hoist handles
any size of unloader with ease. The large
oilbath gear drive and 4” diameter spool
drum provide years of trouble-free service.
The slow setting on the optional dual speed
kit for motorized hoist gives you precise depth
control, while the fast setting makes quick work
of raising the unloader for refilling. Motorized
hoists may also be equipped with automatic
lowering controls to provide even feedout, and
the optional 4-button remote control includes
hoist raise and lower functions.

POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Proper distribution of silage ensures better compaction and optimal fermentation with less
spoilage. The Jamesway POWERMAXX distributor mounts on the rotating silo unloader,
deflecting incoming feed into even layers from top to bottom.
Choose non-motorized distributor
for silos up to 16‘diameter,
choose motorized for larger silos.
The main suspension arms feature
High- Lift legs that let you raise the
unloader high into the roof, a key
advantage for filling silos equipped
with side-mount distributor chutes.
Switching from filling to feeding is easy.
It only takes minutes to unclamp the easy-to-handle
distributor pedestal, place it in the storage bracket on
the unloader arm and replace it with the discharge chute.
