By turning on the light switch – or pressing
the additional device button on ESS – the
Electronic Light Shower illuminates through
a one-inch fiber optic cable. Tiny filaments
distribute the light to each nozzle on the
shower face.

Mechanical Warranty
Any authorized product returns must meet the following
conditions and procedures:
Finish Warranty
A limited Lifetime warranty is provided on all Ondine
product finishes to the original consumer purchaser against
manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. At its
discretion, Ondine will repair or replace any part that proves
to be defective in material and/or workmanship under
normal installation, use and service. If Ondine is unable
to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or
cannot be made in a timely manner, Ondine will refund the
purchase price in exchange for return of the product. This
remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy to the purchaser
for the breach of any warranties or negligence by Ondine.
To obtain warranty repair or replacement, the faulty part
must be sent along with the proof of purchase (original
sales receipts) from the original consumer purchaser to:

This warranty is extended to the original consumer
purchaser and does not cover installation or any other labor
charges and shall not apply to any products or any parts of
products which have been:

using original Ondine replacement parts or altered in
any manner not previously authorized in writing by
Ondine; or,
Damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, accident
or faulty installation or maintenance; or,

written instructions; or, Damaged by the effects of dirt, hard water deposits,
marine climate or through the use of inappropriate
cleansers.
Ondine does not make any other warranty of any kind. This
warranty excludes all industrial, commercial or business
usage. See Commercial Products Warranty for details.
Commercial Products Warranty
Ondine warrants its mechanical products installed in
commercial applications to be free from manufacturing
defects for a period of five years from the purchase date
by the original owner. All other terms and limits of the
Residential Product Warranty apply. A one-year Limited
warranty is provided on all electrical components to the
commercial purchaser against manufacturing defects in
material and workmanship.

An Ondine Sales Representative must inspect all
Ondine products designated for return. Please
contact your sales rep directly to arrange for an
inspection of the return goods.
Upon inspection, your Sales Representative will
forward a Return Goods Request to the Ondine
Customer Service Department.
Ondine will provide an RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) number to the Sales Rep for qualifying
items.

“Re-Stock” Merchandise
Any merchandise designated as “re-stock” must have
prior written approval from Ondine Customer Service
Department prior to return shipment. This policy is without
exception.
