Park History/Facts
The Alimagnet Dog Park opened July 31,
2001 and is an enclosed, seven-acre, offleash canine exercise area located in
Burnsville, Minnesota. It is owned and operated by the City of Burnsville and cared for by a
stewardship group called PACK (People of
Alimagnet Caring for K9s). The Alimagnet
Dog Park is located at 1200 Alimagnet
Parkway - off County Road 11. There are
approximately 500 permit holders that use the
park.
In 2007, Minnesota Monthly magazine named
Alimagnet Dog Park as the Best of the Cities!

Cleary Lake Veterinary Hospital will offer a 20%
special discount to have your favorite canine pal
microchipped. Registration fee is included. They will
also offer your pal a nail trim for $5.

Our commitment includes:
Improving the park through fund-raising and
volunteer efforts;
Educating the community of park users
through newsletter publications and on-site
events;
Protecting and enhancing the land through
environmental stewardship goals & activities.
We are advocates for additional off-leash
canine companion parks in Dakota County.
We believe that these parks improve the quality of life for our citizens, their canines, and
their communities.

opens at 11:00am. Winning bids
announced at 2:30pm. You need
not be present to win, but items
must be claimed within 2 weeks.
