Initial Set-Up Procedure
The small label on the speed controller also clearly shows the connections to the
battery and motor terminals so please ensure you observe these before powering up
for the first time. The black and red cables next to the receiver lead are for the
optional directional lighting.

1. Plug the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) into the receiver. Ensure plug is fitted
with the signal wire facing inward toward the receiver label. C2B recommend channel
2 (Aircraft elevator with sprung centre neutral).
2. Connect the Red motor wire with red BEC connector to the positive on the
motor.
3. Connect the Black motor wire with red BEC connector to the negative on the
motor.
4. Switch on the transmitter ensuring all control positions and trims are central.
5. Plug the Speed Controller into the power source (battery) via a fuse, ensuring
battery polarity is correct.
6. Switch on the ESC.
7. Switch on the ESC and WITHIN two seconds press the grey set up button.
8. Move the chosen throttle control fully forward to where you want full forward speed
to be.
9. Move the throttle control back to the neutral position.
10. Move the throttle control fully backward to where you want full reverse speed to
be.
11. Move the throttle control back to the neutral position. Setup is now complete
The ESC should now be programmed correctly. If you need to re-program the ESC at
anytime then just follow the above instructions
