Cigna is pleased to announce that our customers may be able to receive the seasonal flu vaccine, as
well as other select vaccines, at several retail pharmacy locations. These can be administered at the
following pharmacies and will be billed through your Cigna medical benefit plan in accordance with
your medical benefit coverage. Flu vaccines will be covered at no cost to you. Please present your
Cigna medical ID card to the pharmacy.

or other locations where
you can utilize this service. If
you need assistance, please
call the customer service
number on your ID card.
