Who we are
Since 1991, UNITE has been providing
students with safe, secure, professionally
managed accommodation, enabling them to
enjoy fulfilling and successful academic careers
whilst at university. We are home to 40,000
students (including many outside the UK),
across a number of towns and cities in England
and Scotland - see our locations on the map.
Our properties are designed exclusively for
students and are situated in prime locations
within easy reach of the top universities.
What we offer
We offer studios and one bedroom flats (where
you live on your own) and shared flats for two to
nine people, which provide a great opportunity to
share with your friends or make new ones. All of
our properties are located within easy reach of
the city centre or your university.
What to expect
You’ll benefit from no hidden costs because we include
the price of your electricity, water and heating bills,
Internet access1 and contents insurance2 in the price of
your accommodation. All of our properties also have
security cameras and secure door entry systems to
maintain your safety.
How long you can stay
We offer a range of tenancies from 43 weeks - where
you just pay for the academic year - up to 51 weeks,
meaning you don’t have to move your belongings out
during the summer. Please note however, the tenancy
lengths available will vary by property and city.
