Accommodation
Entries for accommodation will be accepted from National Ski Associations in accordance with the FIS
quotas and rules for FIS Europa Cup races and must be submitted to the OC – Office on official FIS Entry

Accommodation Information
We kindly ask all National Association for reservation of accommodation in the time and terms, that are
publish in this letter, so we could provide service and prices which are asked in the rules for the FIS
Continental Cup events.
Teams will be accommodated in following event hotels:

The price of Half Board for all team members is 50,00 eur per person
per day.
Accommodation at this rate will be provided in the period from 22

Transportation
Teams are responsible for their own transportation.
How to get to Rogla – Zreško Pohorje
a) By airplane:
There is an international airport in Maribor which is mostly used for private flights, charter and cargo
flights. Other international airports are located in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Graz (Austria), approximately
120 km away from Rogla.
b) By car
From Italy, crossing the border at Fernetti, take the highway to Ljubljana, proceed towards Maribor (exit
Slovenske Konjice).
From Austria through the border crossing Šentilj, pass Maribor and take the highway towards Ljubljana
(exit Slovenske Konjice).
From Austria through border crossing Celovec (Klagenfurt), pass Slovenj Gradec, proceed towards Celje
and than take the highway towards Maribor (exit Slovenske Konjice).
Bibs
All teams must wear bibs during the official trainings, competition and the award ceremony. Teams have to
return bibs after qualification and finals to a responsible at the exit gate. A deposit has to be submitted –
Euro 10-, per one bib.
Accident insurance
Each competitor must have his/her own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee, sponsors, suppliers,
their agents, Rogla Ski resort, the OC, Snowboard klub Rogla Planja, , Unior d.d. Programe Tourism, the
FIS, Slovenia Ski Federation and Snowboard Team Slovenia, decline any responsibility for accidents,
damaged or lost equipment and second and third party claims during the event.
Liability
All athletes, officials and members of the National Association who attend and participate in the event shall
do so at their own risk. The Organizing Committee, sponsors, suppliers, their agents, Rogla resort, the OC,
Snowboard klub Rogla Planja, Unior d.d., Unitur, the FIS, Slovenia Ski Federation and Snowboard Team
Slovenia, sponsors and suppliers, their agents, employees and volunteers shall not be responsible for any
losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the
organizing or staging of the event.

Starting Fee
Starting fee for a race day: 25,00 eur (daily ski ticket included)
