yeast and lager yeast. Every other name you read
or hear is either a style of an ale or a lager. With
today’s American craft beer industry leading the
beer world, there are 60 or 70 different styles of
ales with names like Pale ale, India Pale Ale (IPA),
Porters, Stouts, Wheat beers, Sour ales, Smoked
ales, etc. The lager beer world has around 8 or 10
styles from Pilsner and Bock to Octoberfest and
Vienna. In Durham you’ll find some of the best
craft beer produced in the US and a range of styles
representing both ales and lagers of all types.

Bull City Burger and Brewery is a locally owned,
independent restaurant in downtown Durham,
NC. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner 7
days per week . We offer family friendly dining
with a children’s play area, as well as a private
meeting room for business gatherings and
presentations or private events, all within full
view of our own craft brewery.
The restaurant is very much “farm-to-fork,”
working closely with North Carolina pasture
raised beef farmers supplying beef with no
hormones added and antibiotic-free meat that we
grind daily to make our hamburgers and all-beef
hotdogs. We also make two types of veggie
burgers for non-meat eaters. We use no artificial
sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, and no
hydrogenated oils.
We are also a full scale working brewery and brew
our own beer. We have up to eight beers on-tap
at any given time creating fresh ales and lagers
rotating seasonally throughout the year.
Come in, slow down, and enjoy a fresh beer and
burger at one of Durham’s finest.
Fullsteam Brewery mission is to explore what it means
to be a distinctly Southern brewery. As we pursue this
creative quest, we craft beer with local, seasonal
ingredients -- anything from North Carolina six-row
barley, grits, basil, honey, paw paws, persimmons, sweet
potatoes, oats...the list goes on and on. We seek no less
than to build a Southern beer economy.

experimentation's sake: we've received multiple awards
for both our classic and experimental beers. In 2012,
our namesake beer, Fullsteam, won gold in the US Beer
Open in the American Amber category. We also won
silver for our El Toro cream ale and a bronze for an
IPA brewed with kumquats.
VISIT US SEVEN DAYS A WEEK
Just as we're no ordinary brewing operation, our
community tavern is no ordinary bar. We're an allwelcome environment that's both family-friendly and
dog-friendly. Daily food trucks provide an everchanging array of eating options. Enjoy ping-pong,
vintage video games and pinball, or just hanging out at
our indoor/outdoor beer garden.
Join us at the "friendliest room in Durham."
We are a locally owned craft brewery
situated in downtown Durham, North
Carolina. Triangle Brewing Company is
dedicated to producing well balanced, fullflavored, yet highly drinkable Belgian and
American style ales.
Triangle beers are made with the finest
hops and barley malt. Flavors harmonize,
not fight for individual attention. Triangle
beers are not pasteurized nor do we add
preservatives (except for a healthy addition
of hops). Seeing beer as equal to, if not
superior to, wine, Triangle beers are
designed to complement food. Because of
this effort, soon one will be able to walk
into any fine restaurant and pub in the
Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill region and
be pretty sure of finding a Triangle beer
available.
So Tap into a Triangle today!
