GENERAL PRICE LIST
These prices are effective as of January 1, 2015, but are subject to change without notice.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent's survivor who is
handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of
the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or on behalf of the decedent.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the
items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and
overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy items you did not specifically ask for, we will
explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you
selected.
The State of California requires all death certificates to be electronically
filed. The physician of the decedent must supply the mortuary with the
causes of death and be available to sign the completed certificate as quickly
as possible in order to file the death certificate prior to a funeral. If the
physician fails to sign in a timely manner, or if the case becomes a coroner's
case, the funeral service may be delayed.
White Diamond Funeral Services requires all financial
arrangements be paid in full 24 hours prior to services.

BASIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: This service includes and not limited to the following: Personnel
available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to initial call, Consultation with family, housing remains, obtaining
authorizations for death certificates and burial permits. Coordinating with cemetery, crematory, or other third part entities
and follow up visit. This is non-declinable fee. $1275.00

BODY PREPARATION
Embalming is the process of disinfecting, sanitizing and preserving of dead human remains. Except in certain special
cases, law does not require embalming, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing,
embalming is required. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not
require it. Such as, direct cremation or immediate burial.

DIRECT CREMATION

If you choose to arrange a direct cremation, you must use an alternative container or a casket. Alternative containers
encase the body and can be made of composition materials, (with or without an outside covering). We offer some caskets
which are cloth-covered and/or unfmished wood boxes. Our charge includes: basic professional service of Funeral
Director and Staff, first call removal (within 30 miles radius); 3 day refrigeration preparation of remains and transportation
to a local crematory. There will be an additional charge if authorized, for embalming, dressing and casketing, use of
Funeral Director and Staff for Memorial Service if applicable. (These packages do not include any other merchandise or
services and any applicable sales tax will be added).

car, 1 casket spray with seasonal flowers, metal casket 20 gauge non-sealed Astral Clair casket (colors are

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER MORTUARY

Service includes: basic professional services of Funeral Director and Staff; care of remains, transportation of
remains to funeral home and to cemetery or crematory. There will be additional charges for traveling outside
the 30mile service radius ($3.00 each mile). This fee does not any other merchandise, hearse or limousine
transportation services, cash advance items or applicable sales tax.
FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME

This charge includes use of the preparation room basic services of staff, embalming, handling of remains,
transfer of remains to the funeral home, transportation to the airport and obtaining necessary authorizations.
