of the hotels that will be used. In our online system you can
obtain an estimated budget of your trip and keep track of
availability. However, Europamundo does not sell directly
to the public. To secure a purchase situation without
mistakes, we always work together with professional
travel agencies, who can secure that flights,
land arrangements, visas etc. are aligned
and correct. So your final purchase
always have to be done at a

cuisine from their own country. Our
European circuits include a hearty
European breakfast buffet. Dinners are
usually not included (except on selected
itineraries which include some evening
meals) however, we always offer evening
transfers to areas in the city with India
food and several other restaurant options.
This always gives you the possibility to
choose food similar to you home country’s
or to taste the local specialties. But do not
forget savoring the local cuisine is also a way
to experience the country and its culture.

Traveling by coach is not just to link major tourist spots. We travel

Flights: Our packages do not include flight bookings. We want you to be able to start at
any point on the trip, to select the dates that are most convenient for you, to continue on
your travels as long as you wish, and to begin at the most suitable airport for you. Upon
arrival, a private transfer will be included for you to join our group.
ADDITIONAL NIGHTS: You may add additional nights at the beginning or the end of the
trip. In this way, you will have more time in Europe’s most famous cities (depending where
you start or finish your trip).

ROTATING TRIPS: Many of our trips are circular. When one trip ends another
begins. This feature means that you can start your trip at any point on the tour
– and for the same price too! In this way, you can choose the starting point that you
like the most or the one that offers the most advantageous airfare.
BREAKS DURING YOUR JOURNEY: Many of our tours operate every week,
all year round. If you wish, you can contact our booking department and, for a
small additional fee, you can take a break from the tour and return later on
to continue your journey. This stop enables travelers to get to know a country
better, to visit relatives or attend conferences, and so on.

OUR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE.
WE ALSO OFFER ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS:
- Children under 3 years of age go FREE (they do not
have the right to a seat in the coach or to a bed in the
hotel).
- Children from 3 to 8 years of age are entitled to a
discount of 40% (with a minimum of one adult per child).
- Children from 9 to 15 years of age are entitled to a
10% discount on the value of the trip.
- Traveler over 65 years of age: 5% discount on the
value of the trip.
- Travelers on their honeymoon: During their trip we
will provide a surprise gift!
- “Repeaters”: Those who have already traveled
with Europamundo in a previous year will receive a 5%
discount.
- Groups travelling on our regular tours: Please see
our conditions for groups with a minimum of 12 people
traveling.
Our prices are very competitive. One of our duties is striving to achieve the
best quality/price ratio in the market. When you compare prices remember:

PRICES ARE GUARANTEED, and no form of additional supplement applies.
GRATUITIES/TIPS are voluntary. If you feel that your guide and driver have
done an impeccable job, you can choose to give a gratuity, but this is entirely
your decision. Gratuities are never an obligation in Europamundo!
OUR ITINERARIES are more comprehensive and visit more places along the
way. They include most of the admission prices for the places visited.
TRANSFER UPON ARRIVAL: When you arrive at the starting point of your trip,
a transfer service will be waiting to take you to your hotel.
IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ALONE, it is not necessary to pay a high single room
supplement - you can book the “sharing” option and Europamundo will take the
responsibility for finding a person of the same sex to share a room with you.
If no other traveler fits these criteria, you will travel in a single room without
paying any surcharge.
TRIPLE ROOM DISCOUNT: For those wishing to stay in a triple room, we
provide a discount of 5% per passenger (or a 15% discount for the third person).
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, our charges for trip modification or cancellation are
very fair. Some companies make more of their profits from people that don’t
travel than those who do! If you have to cancel due to a situation out of your
control, no cancellation fees will apply (there will only be a charge for unused
services that we cannot notify about the cancellation without 72 hours’ notice).

EUROPAMUNDO ETHICAL CODE: We have our own code of ethics for
fairness, tolerance and the coexistence of cultures. We
adhere to the United Nations International Ethical Code
for Tourism.

of your trip will be donated to the Europamundo foundation.
We support NGO’s that work to ensure that tourism is a factor

out a study in order to find out the CO2 footprint produced by
our activities. We are taking initiatives to compensate for this
irreversible damage through planting forests in different countries, such

Travel Insurance:
Travel with complete peace of mind.
All Europamundo trips include travel insurance that protects all travellers
who take a tour with us. Please read the terms and conditions and exclusions
for the policy which can be found on the website: www.europamundo.
com or in My Journey. The insurance cover starts following the traveller’s
arrival in Europe, along with the commencement of Europamundo’s services,
and it concludes with the end of the organised tour. The insurance does not
therefore cover incidents during the sections undertaken by air.
ASSISTANCE: In case of any emergency, it is imperative that travellers
contact our 24 hour Assistance Centre specifying your policy number.

reason that might lead to such a situation.
Europamundo recommends that all customers ask for information on our Optional Insurance policies to extend the cover and limits of the travel insurance.
