MEADOWS SAFE-SEAL 3405
High performance, polymer modified asphalt emulsion horizontal joint and crack
sealant.
• One-component, self-leveling material can easily be poured into openings 1/8” up to 1”
wide.
• After fully cured, SAFE_SEAL 3405 will remain flexible at cold temperatures and will not
flow at high temperatures.
• Meets ASTM D 3405 and ASTM D 6690, Types I, II and III.
MEADOWS GARDOX
Pourable, two-component, cold-applied compound for concrete joints
• Cures to durable, rubber-like joint seal
• Retains flexibility from -20°F to over 200°F

meadows #164 Polymeric Sealant
Hot-applied polymeric sealant which combines a tenacious adhesive power with high
resiliency.
#164 provides a positive seal during expansion and contraction of the joint and it will not lose
bond in cold weather or flow in hot weather.

• Hi-Spec polymeric joint sealing compound is recommended for large-scale sealing in

meadows #158 COLD-APPLIED RUBBERIZED-ASPHALT SEALER
158 is a single-component, cold-applied rubber-asphalt joint sealing compound.
Developed for use in sealing horizontal contraction and dummy joints in pavements and curbs
and gutters to prevent the penetration of water and incompressibles into the joint.

Low-modulus, 1-component, polyurethane-based elastomeric sealant.
Formulated to be used with moving joints or where high movement capabilities are needed.
This sealant has a joint movement of +100% / -50%, making it perfect for wall systems,
around windows and door frames, high-rise and facade applications.
SIKAFLEX 2C SL
2-component, self-leveling, polyurethane-based, elastomeric sealant.
• For use in working joints with a minimum depth of 1/4 inch
• Ideal for horizontal applications
• Placeable at temperatures as low as 40F

SIKAFLEX 1A
Premium-grade, high-performance, moisture-cured, 1-component, polyurethanebased, non-sag elastomeric sealant.
• Excellent for small joints and fillets, windows, door frames, reglets, flashing, common
roofing detail applications, and many construction adhesive applications
• Suitable for vertical and horizontal joints; readily placeable at 40F

Sika Combiflex Strip
Versatile sealing system for irregular and difficult joints and cracks. Withstands extreme
movements and chemical exposures while maintaining a watertight seal. The system
consists of Sikadur 31, Hi-Mod Gel, epoxy adhesive, and Combiflex perforated Hypalon®
sealing strip.

Flexible epoxy control-joint sealer/adhesive
• 2-component, non-sagging, solvent-free, moisture-tolerant, flexible epoxy control joint
• sealer and adhesive.

Crafco Polyflex Type 2
Hot applied polymer and reclaimed rubber modified asphalt based sealant
used to fill cracks and joints in both AC and PCC pavements. Meets the
requirements of ASTM D5078.
Crafco Parking Lot Sealant
Hot applied polymer modified asphalt based sealant used to fill cracks
and joints in both AC and PCC pavements. Contains a minimum 18%
recycled rubber.
Crafco Superflex Sealant
Hot applied polymer modified asphalt based sealant used to fill cracks and
joints in both AC and PCC pavements. Can be melted in jacked boiler
type melting units and direct bottom fired melters with adequate agitation.
Crafco RoadSaver Silicone SL Sealant
Low modulus silicone offers the performance and durability characteristics of conventional
silicone with the ease of installation of self-leveling materials.
Crafco RoadSaver Silicone NS Sealant
Low modulus non-sag sealant produced for sealing joints in Portland Cement pavements in all
climates.
Crafco RoadSaver 201
Hot applied polymer modified asphalt based sealant used to fill cracks and joints in both AC

Euco QWIKjoint 200
Fast setting, semi-rigid polyurea used for filling control and construction joints in industrial
concrete floors. Extended shave time from immediately after placement or up to 24 hours later.
Supports and protects joint edges from heavy loads and wheel traffic, reducing spalling of the
joint edges.

EUCO 800
EUCO 800 is a two component, 100% solids semi-rigid epoxy for filling contraction (control)
and construction joints in industrial concrete floors. EUCO 800 has been designed for use in
compliance with ACI 302, Section 4.10 recommendations for epoxy joint fillers used in sawcut/
control joints. This product also protects against water intrusion in the joint and provides
satisfactory bond to the concrete.

Multiple-component high-performance polyurethane sealant.
NP 2™ is a three-component, highly flexible, nonpriming, high-performance polyurethane sealant.
It has been successfully tested for joint movement of plus or minus 50%. Choose from 40 popular
stock colors and 470 standardcolors.
NP 1™
One component, high performance, gun grade, polyurethane joint sealant
SONOLASTIC NP1 is a single component, gun grade, chemical curing polyurethane resin based
joint sealant that cures to a tough, durable flexible material, with strong adhesion to most common
construction materials.
SONOLASTIC® 150 with VLM Technology
Very low-modulus, nonsag, elastomeric, silyl-terminated polyether (hybrid) sealant
Sonolastic® 150 with VLM Technology is a premium, very low-modulus, high movement, nonsag,
fast-curing, ready-to-use, silyl-terminated polyether sealant. It combines the best qualities of organic
and silicone sealants to keep moving joints weathertight.
SONOLASTIC® POLYSULFIDE SEALANT
High-performance elastomeric nonsag sealant
Sonolastic® Polysulfide Sealant is a multi-component, high-performance, low-modulus polysulfide
sealant. Its elastomeric properties allow +25% joint movement. It withstands constant water
immersion and will not degrade under limited chemical exposure.
Sonolastic SL 1™
SL 1™ is a one-component nonpriming, self-leveling elastomeric polyurethane sealant designed
for expansion joints in concrete floors and decks. Use it where flexibility as well as abrasion and
puncture resistance are required.
Sonolastic SL 2™
Self-levelling polyurethane joint sealant for horizontal applications; multi-component
chemical-cure.
Sonolastic SL2 is recommended for active horizontal joints subject to traffic on exterior or interior
locations including pathways, pavements, parking decks and ramps, warehouses, manufacturing
plants, dams, spillways and stormwater drains. Substrates include concrete and metal.
Sonolastic Ultra
Ultra is a one-component, moisture-curing, aliphatic, nonsag, polyurethane sealant for security and
institutional uses requiring elasticity and superior color integrity. Ultra is capable of withstanding
±25% movement in joints, yet has a high Shore A for security applications.
Masterfill® 300i
Masterfill® 300i is a 100% solids epoxy joint filler. This semi-rigid material protects joint edges, helping to prevent
spalling in nonmoving control and relief joints in concrete. Masterfill 300i® conforms to the requirements of ACI 302.1R
(5.12) Guide for Concrete Floor and Slab Construction.
BONDAFLEX Sil 201 FC
A fast curing, one-component, non-sag, elastomeric, neutral cure silicone sealant.
Extremely long service life. Excellent flexibility for dynamic joint movement. Bonds to
most substrates without priming. High durability while providing flexibility.
mar-flex Waterstop Elastomeric Sealant
Highly elastomeric, rubber reinforced asphalt based membrane/trowel grade. Elastomeric
properties allow for expansion and contraction of the control-joint while maintaining
watertight adhesion.

BASF Wabo®HSeal
Pre-Compressed Horizontal Expansion Joint System
Wabo®HSeal is a pre-compressed elastomeric coated expansion joint system designed
to provide a permanent weather tight seal. Primarily used in horizontal applications, the
system is sealed in place with an epoxy, which allows it to accommodate horizontal,
vertical, and skew expansion joint movements. The system has been designed to meet
the high performance needs of State and Federal DOT projects. Wabo®HSeal consists
of a UV stable, mico-cell, polyurethane foam impregnated with a hydrophobic polymer
and topped with a traffic grade elastomeric coating. The impregnated foam provides a
valuable secondary water tight seal in case the primary elastomeric coating is damaged.
Wabo®SeismicWeatherSeal
Colorized, Pre-Compressed Expansion Joint System
Wabo®SeismicWeatherSeal is a pre-compressed elastomeric coated expansion joint
that works under its own constant internal pressure to provide a permanent weather
tight seal eliminating costly water damage to occur. Wabo®SeismicWeatherSeal can be
used on applications where simple thermal movements occur or on applications where
seismic movement is anticipated.
Wabo®WeatherSeal II
Colorable Foam Rubber Expansion Joint Seal
Wabo®WeatherSeal II joint seals provide superior resistance to water penetration as a
result of the dual structure of the sealing system. The silicone face combined with the
foam backer serves as a primary water resistant seal and provides an aesthetic, colorized
finish. When installed, Wabo®WeatherSeal II will expand and contract depending on
the temperature and time adapting to the width of the joint and the irregularities of the
substrate.
meadows SPEED-E-JOINT
Preformed Contraction Joint
An ideal solution to controlling cracks in concrete. It is a rigid preformed contraction joint
that produces a straight-line crack on the surface of concrete slabs and locks into the
aggregate just below the surface. SPEED-E-JOINT is strong, economical and eliminates
waste in providing straight lines. It is quick and easy to install. The top section pulls free
once the joint has been placed correctly in the wet concrete.

Expansion Joint Cap
Provides a time and cost-saving method for forming straight, uniform and debris-free
joints of the proper configuration, ready to seal. The top of SNAP-CAP pulls free and can
be discarded. The exposed concrete surfaces assure balanced adherence to the sides. It
is ideal for both horizontal and vertical concrete projects.
meadows ASPHALT EXPANSION JOINT
Composed of a blend of asphalts, vegetable fibers and mineral fillers formed under heat
and pressure between two asphalt-saturated liners. It is waterproof, permanent, flexible
and self-sealing.
meadows FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT
Composed of cellular fibers securely bonded together and uniformly saturated with
asphalt to assure longevity. FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT is versatile, resilient, flexible
and non-extruding. When compressed to half of its original thickness, it will recover to a
minimum of 70% of its original thickness. FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT will not deform, twist
or break with normal on-the-job handling.
Mar-Flex Control-Joint System
Designed to eliminate “Random Shrinkage Cracks” by creating vertical control-joints
on both sides of the foundation walls. To ensure further protection, a watertight, outside
control-joint is created when filled with Mar-Flex Waterstop Elastomeric Sealant and
protected by Mar-Flex Fiberglass Fabric Reinforcement.

NON-GASSING, HEAT-RESISTANT BACKER ROD
CERA-ROD is a round, flexible, continuous-length, non-absorbent, non-gassing,
non-staining and non-shrinking material extruded from a cross-linked polyethylene.
Compression/deflection is approximately eight psi (55.2 KPa) at 25% deflection.
SOF® Rod
Patented, round, flexible, polyolefin foam rod made of a non-absorbing outer skin and
a resilient interior network of both open and closed cells that does not out-gas when
ruptured.

Clear, breathable, solvent-based, VOC-compliant, greater than 40%
alkylakoxysilane penetrating sealer. It penetrates deeply and chemically reacts
with concrete to form a long-lasting water-repellent surface.
Hydrozo® 100
Clear, breathable, high-performance, 100% silane sealer for protecting new and
existing concrete surfaces. It penetrates deeply, sealing out water, chloride ions,
and acids, preventing damage from freeze/thaw cycles.
Enviroseal® 40
Clear, water-based 40% silane penetrating sealer
Provides long-lasting protection against moisture intrusion, freeze/thaw cycles, and
chloride intrusion. Enviroseal® 40 is ideal for traffic-bearing surfaces.
Enviroseal® Double 7 for Brick
High-performance, water-based, silane/siloxane water-repellent sealer
Designed for dense, vertical masonry surfaces like hard-burnt brick.
DEGADECK® CRACK SEALER PLUS
Reactive methacrylate resin for sealing cracks and concrete decks
DEGADECK® Crack Sealer Plus is a very low viscosity, low surface tension, solvent free, rapid curing reactive
methacrylate resin formulated to penetrate, repair and seal cracks in concrete substrates.

SIKADUR 55 SLV
NEW Sikadur 55 SLV is a 2-component, 100% solids, moisture-tolerant, epoxy crack healer
/ penetrating sealer, having a fast tack-free time to minimize downtime. It is a super lowviscosity, high-strength adhesive formulated specifically for sealing both dry and damp cracks.
It conforms to the current ASTM C-881 and AASHTO M-235 specifications.
SikaPronto® 19 Bridge/Highway
Fast Traffic System
Modified high molecular weight methacrylate monomer when catalyzed will produce a
crack-healer/penetrating-sealer for concrete bridge deck and highway rehabilitation.
SikaPronto 19 Bridge/Highway, low odor, high molecular weight methacrylate monomer when
catalyzed will produce a crack-healer/penetrating-sealer which is a rapid-curing, modifiedmethacrylate resin. When polymerized, it will heal hairline cracks and seal concrete bridge
decks and highways to reduce water and chloride-ion intrusion.
SIKA FERROGARD 903
Corrosion inhibiting impregnation coating for hardened concrete surfaces.
Ferrogard 903 is designed to penetrate the surface and then to diffuse in vapor or liquid
form to the steel reinforcing bars embedded in the concrete. Sika FerroGard 903 forms a
protective layer on the steel surface which inhibits corrosion caused by the presence of
chlorides as well as by carbonation of concrete.
Powerseal
Premium high performance breathable, efficient waterborne penetrating water repellent
sealer. Powerseal is a silane V.O.C. compliant emulsion that deeply penetrates into new
or existing concrete and masonry surfaces. Engineered for bridges, parking structures,
athletic stadiums, highways along with many other above grade vertical and horizontal
substrates. Powerseal 40 stops the intrusion of water, salts, deicer chemicals, and acids.
Certi-Vex® Penseal 244 40% AIM
VOC Solvent Base
Premium performance, highly efficient, deep penetration, no change in surface
appearance, breathable, water repellent, chemical resistant. Best long term protection
against salt corrosion, deicing chemicals, mildew, water, wind driven rain, airborne
contaminants, surface spalling from freeze/thaw cycles and other severe weather
conditions. Applied to vertical, horizontal, new or existing concrete and masonry surfaces.
CERTIVEX GUARD CACS COLOR
Colored, ready to use breathable acrylic/silane deep penetrating sealer that provides
maximum long term protection and a decorative appearance to concrete and masonry
surfaces. Water and dissolved salts bead after 24 hours, Chloride Ion intrusion is
reduced, protects against damage caused by water, salts, deicer chemicals and acids.

Silpro Silocks VOC™ is a clear, solvent-based, deep penetrating,
combination siloxane/silane breathable water-repellent treatment
for all types of concrete and masonry surfaces. Its penetrating
ingredients are ultraviolet light resistant and will not discolor surfaces. Coatings
CONCRETE FINISH™
Silpro Concrete Finish™ is a trowel-applied, Portland cement-based
coating specifically designed to protect and decorate concrete and
masonry surfaces. It gives an attractive, durable, water-resistant
finish to brick or block walls. Concrete Finish™ covers color and
texture variations in poured concrete with a uniform finish eliminating
the need for costly rubbing. Available in gray or white. White
Concrete Finish™ can be integrally colored with Silpro Hawk &
Trowel Pigment, available in 7 earth-tone shades. CALIFORNIA STUCCO™
Silpro California Stucco™ is a Portland cement-based, waterresistant coating that is easy to apply and has the ability to withstand
severe climatic conditions. It combines a great variety of textures
with low maintenance cost in a permanent finish material. Available in
white or gray. White California Stucco™ can be integrally colored with
Silpro Hawk & Trowel Pigment available in 7 earth-tone shades. SEAL COTE™
Silpro Seal Cote™ is a Portland cement-based coating used to
waterproof, protect, and decorate new and old concrete and masonry.
Brush it on vertical concrete and masonry interior or exterior
surfaces, above or below grade. Available in gray or white. 9

Thorocoat®
Water-based, 100% acrylic waterproof coating
Thorocoat® waterproofs, protects, and decorates building exteriors while allowing them
to breathe. Thorocoat® produces a tough, outer film that maintains its aesthetic and
performance properties over time. Thorocoat® is available in smooth, fine, and coarse
textures. Thorocoat® is VOC compliant.
Tuf-Trac®
Slip-resistant, water-based VOC-free acrylic coating for asphalt and concrete
Formulated to last 3 to 5 times longer than asphalt and coal tar sealers and available in
455 custom colors. When used with Tuf-Trac® Accessories it provides a complete coating
system for outdoor recreation areas and surfaces with pedestrian traffic.
Sonoguard®
Polyurethane waterproofing, traffic-bearing membrane systems for vehicular and
pedestrian areas
Sonoguard® coating systems are composed of: Sonoguard® Base Coat, a one-component,
moisture-curing polyurethane, Sonoguard® Top Coat, a one-component aliphatic moisturecuring polyurethane, and Sonoguard® Top Coat Tint Base, consisting of 40 standard colors.
For projects requiring primer, 2 choices are available: Primer 772 VOC, a one-component
solvent-based primer and sealer, and Primer 770, a two-component waterborne epoxy
primer and sealer.
Thoroseal®
A Portland-cement-based waterproof coating for concrete and masonry. Thoroseal® resists
both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure, enabling it to waterproof both interior and
exterior surfaces. It fills and seals pores and voids, correcting surface irregularities and
eliminating the need for concrete rubbing. Thoroseal® creates a low-cost, low-maintenance,
highly durable water barrier that is resistant to damage from impact, abrasion, and mildew.
Thoroseal® Foundation Coating
A Portland-cement-based waterproof coating for exterior below-grade concrete and
masonry.
Thoroseal® Plaster Mix
Thoroseal® Plaster Mix is a cement-based, waterproof coating for concrete, brick, or
block.
CERTIVEX ENVIOSMOOTH VOC
Solvent based system that provides excellent adhesion, weather ability and waterproofing
of masonry, block surfaces and primed wood and metal surfaces. System may be applied
to green concrete or fresh mortar without peeling or loss of adhesion. It is very resistant
to UV light, molds and fungi, and environmental chemicals, and may be applied above or
below grade and in the presence of hydrostatic pressure. Also available in an emulsion
based solution.
Sikagard® 550W Elastocolor
High performance, anti-carbonation, crack-bridging coating
Provides protection to reinforced concrete from the ingress of carbon dioxide and other aggressive
gasses. Sikagard® 550W offers high resistance to chlorides and other waterborne salts and
excellent UV light resistance. Sikagard 550W Elastocolor will not act as vapor barrier and will
enhance the aesthetic appearance of the structure.
EUCOSEAL
EUCOSEAL is a heavy duty cementitious coating intended to waterproof and protect masonry. It

Cement-based pumpable grout with specially graded aggregate. It produces a pumpable, nonbleeding, high-strength

allowing the product to be easily pumped over long distances through small openings. It meets all the compressive
strength and nonshrink requirements of CRD C 621 and ASTM C 1107, Grades B and C, at a fluid consistency.
Embeco® 885
Cement-based metallic-aggregate grout with an extended working time. It is ideally suited for grouting machines or
plates requiring optimum toughness and precision load-bearing support, including machine bases subject to thermal
movement. Embeco® 885 grout meets the requirements of ASTM C 1107 and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers CRD C
621, Grades B and C.
BASF SS Mortar®
SS Mortar® is a cement-based metallic-aggregate mortar for grouting of NMB Splice Sleeves. This nonshrink, highstrength, ready-to-use grout is used for NMB Class-1 and Class-2 splice sleeves.
SIKADUR 42 GROUT-PAK
Sikadur 42, Grout-Pak is a 3-component, 100% solids, moisture-tolerant, epoxy base plate grouting system.
SIKAGROUT 212
Non-shrink, cementitious grout with a unique 2-stage shrinkage compensating mechanism. It is non-metallic and
contains no chloride. With a special blend of shrinkage-reducing and plasticizing/water-reducing agents, SikaGrout

Low Modulus Epoxy Concrete Overlay is a polymer concrete formed by polymerizing a monomer and aggregate
mixture. It has properties that make it highly desirable as a bridge deck overlay, among other things. Although these
specifications focus on the use of polymer concrete for bridge deck overlays, it has many other uses, including
building panels and tiles, cultured marble, pipe and liners, flooring, pilings, railroad ties and crossings, machine bases,
adhesives, anchors, and grouts. Polymer concrete materials are also ideal for patching bridge decks.

A. Taxes. Prices of the products sold are exclusively of all city, state and federal taxes (other than income taxes), including, without limitation, taxes on
the manufacture, sale, delivery, or use of the goods. Buyer agrees to pay
Seller the amount of such taxes for which Seller may be responsible for collection or payment, either in its own behalf or that of Buyer, upon Seller's
demand. No claimed exemption from taxes will be recognized unless Buyer
furnishes Seller an applicable tax exemption certificate.
B. Term of Payment. Unless Buyer has credit approval from Seller, payment
in full is due upon delivery. Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Seller, payment in full on all credit sales is due thirty (30) days from
the date of delivery. All checks are accepted subject to collection.
C. Delivery. Unless otherwise specifically provided in the face hereof;
(1) Delivery shall be made F.O.B. Seller's location specified on the
face hereof by delivery of the goods to a carrier for shipment;
(2) Method and route of shipment are at Seller's discretion;

shall the carrier be deemed to be the agent of the Seller;

D. Force Majeure. Seller shall not be liable for its delay in performing or its
failure hereunder if such delay or failure is due to act of God, war, fire,
strike, differences with workmen, accident, transportation delays, equipment breakdown, governmental acts or requirements, delayed receipt of
materials from third parties, or other causes, either similar or dissimilar to
the foregoing, beyond Seller's reasonable control.
E. Disclaimer of warranty. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ON THE FACE
HEREOF AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY AGREED TO
IN WRITING BY SELLER, SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR
WARRANTY OF ANY OTHER KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER.
F. Notice of Claims. Immediately upon receipt of the goods, Buyer shall inspect the same. Any claim for shortage must be made within ten (10) days
after Buyer's receipt. All other claims, including claims for alleged defective
goods, must be made within fifteen (15) days after Buyer learns of the facts
upon which such claim is based, but in no event later than thirty (30) days
after Buyer's receipt of the goods. All claims not made in writing and
received by Seller within the time period specified above shall be deemed
waived. With respect to any defects incapable of discovery until in use all
claims for any damages or losses as a result of such defects shall be
deemed waived unless made in writing and received by Seller within one
(1) year after Buyer's receipt of the goods or within fifteen (15) days after
Buyer Learns of the alleged defect giving rise to the claim, whichever shall
first occur, and after the expiration of either of said periods, Buyer expressly assumes all liability for all such damages or losses, irrespective of any
use which shall have taken place or wether the alleged defect shall have
occurred or been discovered prior to expiration of such periods. The customer acknowledges that it has special skill and knowledge in the selection
and use of the equipment and material to be purchased or rented from
A.H. Harris and expressly disclaims any reliance upon any statements or
representations made or to be made by A.H. Harris regarding the sale,
rental, or repair of any material or equipment.
G. Limitation of Liability. BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS
ARISING HEREUNDER SHALL BE FOR DAMAGES. SELLER'S LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES TO BUYER RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING SELLER'S NEGLIGENCE, ALLEGED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER SUCH DEFECTS ARE DISCOVERABLE OR
LATENT, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF
THE PARTICULAR GOODS WITH RESPECT TO WHICH LOSSES OR
DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED, OR, AT THE ELECTION OF THE SELLER,
THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
GOODS. IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING IN THE CASE OF A CLAIM OF
NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

H. Security Interest. Seller reserves a purchase money security interest in
each item of the goods listed on the face of the invoice in the amount of their
purchase price. Such security interest will be satisfied only by payment in
full. Buyer agrees to execute at Seller's request a security agreement and
financing statement deemed necessary or desirable by Seller to perfect its
security interest in the goods. Nevertheless, a copy of this Agreement may
be filed with the appropriate state authorities at any time after signature
by the Buyer as financing statement in order to perfect Seller's security
interest.
I. Default. In the event any proceedings, voluntary or involuntary, in bankruptcy or insolvency by or against the Buyer, or if Buyer shall be unable to
meet its debts as they come due, or in the event of the appointment of a
receiver or an assignee for the benefit of creditors of Buyer or in the event
Buyer shall fail to pay any amount to Seller when due, or if Buyer shall
breach any of its other obligations hereunder, then and in any such event
Seller may cancel any unfilled part of this Agreement, without liability, and
Buyer shall be obligated to Seller for all costs and expenses, including court
costs and attorney's fees incurred by Seller in collecting the amount due
from buyer. In any such event Seller shall have all of the rights of a secured
party under the Uniform Commercial code. BUYER AND SELLER
ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES
A COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION AND THE BUYER HEREBY WAIVES
ANY RIGHT TO NOTICE AND HEARING UNDER APPLICABLE STATE
AND FEDERAL LAW WITH RESPECT TO ANY PREJUDGMENT REMEDY WHICH SELLER MAY SEEK TO OBTAIN AGAINST BUYER. The rights
and remedies reserved hereunder to Seller are cumulative and in addition
to any other or future rights or remedies provided at law or in equity.
J. Entire Agreement. These terms and conditions, together with the matter set forth on the face of the invoice, constitute the entire understanding
and agreement of the parties. No changes in or additions to these terms
and conditions shall be made except in writing and signed by Seller's and
Buyer's authorized representatives.
K. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the law of the State in which Seller's location specified on
the face of the invoice is located.
L. Lease Transactions. If this is a lease transaction, the terms of the lease
agreement between Seller and Buyer shall prevail in the event of any conflict between the terms of such lease agreement and the terms of
Paragraphs A through K above.

aggregate shock and normal jobsite foot traffic. It also protects the membrane waterproofing
from penetration by sharp aggregate during backfilling and later settlement. PROTECTION
COURSE is available in two types; PC-2, Standard Duty and PC-3, Heavy Duty. Both types

CCW-711-90 Sheet Membrane and Flashing
A 90 mil thick composite consisting of a self adhering rubberized asphalt
membrane laminated to a high strength, heat resistant woven polypropylene
mesh. The woven mesh is designed to withstand high temperatures, allowing the
membrane to become an integral part of the CCW-500R Hot Applied and VaporLock Waterproofing Systems.
CCW MiraDRI 860/861
Self-adhering sheet membranes consisting of 56 mils (1.4 mm) of rubberized
asphalt laminated to 4 mils (0.1 mm) of polyethylene to form a minimum 60 mil
(1.5 mm) membrane. CCW MiraDRI 860 membrane is a summer grade material,
suitable for installations where the ambient temperature is 40°F (4.4°C) or above.
CCW MiraDRI 861should be used for applications between 25°F (-3.9°C) and 65°F
(18°C). The combination of these two excellent waterproofing materials provides a
high-performance, extremely durable waterproofing barrier.

A water-based latex adhesive used primarily to secure the Swelltite
membrane in both vertical and horizontal applications. The product is VOC
compliant and changes from a light gray to dark gray upon application.

CCW Protection Board-H is a heavy duty asphalt impregnated organic mat with a fine mineral applied to the surface to

M-2000 is a trowel-grade, bitumen modified polyurethane waterproofing mastic used as a detailing product around

Royston High Performance (HP) Waterproofing Membrane
Prefabricated peel and stick reinforced laminate constructed of a non-woven fiberglass high strength core, sandwiched
between layers of polymer modified rubberized asphalt, with an improved polyester top film to help protect the
membrane during installation and back filling. The embossed release film used with this membrane was specially
designed to facilitate removal without tears or splits. Each roll is individually wrapped and packaged in 50' x 4' rolls (200
sq ft), 28 rolls to a pallet.

when dry. Mar-Flex Cavity Wall & Foundation Coating has moderately good resistance

encapsulated between the two geotextiles. A proprietary needlepunch process interlocks the geotextiles together
forming an extremely strong composite that maintains the equal coverage of bentonite, as well as, protects it from
inclement weather and construction related damage. Once backfilled, Voltex DS hydrates and forms a monolithic
waterproofing membrane. Voltex DS contains zero VOC, can be installed in almost any weather condition to green

Bentonite waterproofing system environmentally sensitive waterproofing system. Once installed and backfilled against,
the corrugated kraft board biodegrades, and the bentonite hydrates and forms a seamless waterproofing membrane on
the exterior of the structure. Volclay Panels are special 4-ft by 4-ft corrugated kraft boards that contain 1.0-lb. of sodium
bentonite per square foot in the flutes of the board.

Voltex is a highly effective waterproofing composite comprised of two high strength geotextiles and 1.10-lbs. of sodium

MEL-DRAIN™ is a dimple-raised, molded polystyrene sheet bonded to high strength
polypropylene fabric. This geocomposite allows the passage of moisture through
the fabric while preventing fine soils from entering the drainage channel. An optional
polyester backing film is available when used in conjunction with flexible waterproofing
material. MEL-DRAIN is the ideal choice for enhanced waterproofing protection of
basement walls, plaza decks, earth-sheltered homes, commercial buildings, retaining
walls, underground parking, site drainage, etc.
MEADOWS DECK-O-DRAIN
Provides an effective drainage system for concrete pool decks. Wherever specified,
the system effectively collects and carries water away quickly from pool decks and
other patio areas. Made of tough, long lasting PVC, the DECK-O-DRAIN system
resists wear and is non-corrosive. Both the deck and subgrade receive watertight
protection. The unique, non-directional design of DECK-O-DRAIN eliminates the
need for right or left fittings. One attachment can be used for both by simply facing

Aquadrain 15X consists of a medium-compressive strength, three-dimensional
polymeric dimpled drainage core with high-flow capacity. A non-woven geotextile is
bonded to one side of the core to retain soil while allowing water to pass into the core
for proper conveyance to a discharge system. Typical applications include foundation
walls, retaining walls, and planters.
cosella-dorken DELTA®-DRAIN 2000 HS
High compressive strength, excellent drainage capacity and exceptional long term
performance. This commercial grade drainage boards meets the requirements for
most common applications. DELTA®-DRAIN 2000 consists of a three-dimensional,
tear resistant core out of Polypropylene and a needlepunched, high-strength PP
geotextile with excellent filter characteristics. Fully bonding the geotextile to the core’s
dimple structure prevents the geotextile from being pushed into the flow channels
by back-fill material. DELTA®-DRAIN 2000 eliminates hydrostatic pressure and
performs extraordinarily well as drainage layer to protect any underground structure
against damage from water and moisture.
CCW MiraDRAIN 6000/6200
High-performance, high strength drainage composites consisting of a threedimensional, high-impact polystyrene core, and a nonwoven filter fabric. CCW
MiraDRAIN 6200 has the added benefit of a polymeric sheet adhered to the back of
the core, to prevent the drainage core from die cutting the/waterproofing membrane.
The filter fabric is bonded to the dimpled polystyrene core to minimize fabric intrusion.
The fabric also prevents the passage of soil particles into the core, while allowing
water to pass freely.
CCW MiraDRAIN 9000
High-performance, high strength drainage composite consisting of a threedimensional, high-impact polystyrene core, and a woven filter fabric. CCW
MiraDRAIN 9000’s woven monofilament fabric withstands high abrasion
from applied overburden and prevents intrusion into the drainage core
due to its low elongation characteristics. The woven fabric is better suited
to receive a directly poured concrete topping than nonwoven geotextile
fabrics.

be installed from the top of the footing to the grade line and applied shortly after

Mar-Flex Geo-Mat plusTM

Mar-Flex WaterKat Water-Based Spray Unit provides a fast, efficient, user-friendly
system to efficiently apply all water-based waterproofing and dampproofing
materials. The combination of the 8 HP Honda gas engine and gear pump delivers
1,200 psi and 5.00 gpm to 150’ of insulated airless high-pressure hose attached to

Greenstreak PVC Waterstops are the benchmark for the industry and exceed
standard specifications. The versatility of PVC has made these waterstops
popular with specifiers and engineers. Outstanding physical properties, excellent
inherent elasticity and resistance to many waterborne chemicals has made it
the most widely specified waterstop material. PVC waterstops are available in
several styles and sizes. Choosing the correct waterstop begins with determining
whether the joint is moving or non-moving.
PVC RETROFIT SYSTEMS
PVC Retrofit systems are designed for applications requiring a seal between
an existing structure and new construction. These systems can be used as an
alternative to saw cutting and epoxy grouting in a conventional waterstop or
the use of mastic type waterstops. The centerbulb design of the waterstop in
conjunction with the elasticity of the PVC material allows for movement in the
newly created joint. Retrofit systems consist of a specially designed “Tee-shaped”
PVC waterstop profile, pre-drilled stainless steel batten bars and stainless steel
anchor bolts.

Waterstop-RX is a flexible strip concrete construction joint waterstop that
provides a positive seal by expanding upon contact with water. Waterstop-RX
is an active waterstop that functionally replaces conventional passive PVC
dumbbell waterstops. Waterstop-RX is designed for both continuous and
intermittent hydrostatic conditions and has been successfully tested to resist 231
feet (70 m) of hydrostatic pressure. cetco VOLCLAY WATERSTOPPAGE
Waterstoppage is chemically treated granular bentonite used as a detailing
accessory product with Volclay Waterproofing Systems. When wetted,
Waterstoppage forms a dense, low permeable material that combines with the
bentonite in the Volclay membranes to form a seamless waterproofing system.
Typical application is around slab penetrations, pile caps, and grade beams prior
to the waterproofing membrane installation. Waterstoppage is also applied to the
roof deck of tunnels and earth covered structures prior to Voltex and Voltex DS
installation.

Akwastop is a hydrophilic rubber waterstop that swells

Akwastop’s exceptional plasticity allows the product to fill
