Terms and Conditions
Vacation Dollars have a maximum value of $1,500 for reservations of 5 or more nights or $750 for
reservations of 3 to 4 nights per room, per stay. Promotion applies to groups up to 24 rooms. Groups of 25
rooms or more please contact our group desk at 1-800-635-1836 or our weddings department at
[email protected]. Promotion does not apply to group complimentary rooms or with discounted
rates. Existing reservations or reservations with overlapping dates qualify. Promotion is subject to change or
may be discontinued without prior notice. Not applicable to travel agent rate, tour operator employee rate,
FAM trips, site inspections, or complimentary stays. Vacation Dollars are non transferable, non cumulative
and cannot be held over for future stays. All services purchased with Vacation Dollars must be purchased at
retail price. Not applicable or combinable with any other credits or discounts. All services and products are
subject to availability. Vacation Dollars have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or
services. No refunds will be issued for unused credit. Limit on Vacation Dollars for select product or services
applies. Amount of Vacation Dollars per product or service is detailed in chart attached. Vacation Dollars
cannot be used for purchases at gift shops.
Reservations: Guests with reservations at more than one resort will receive their Vacation Dollars based on
number of nights at each resort. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards a
future stay or transferred to another room. Family category (in resorts where available) are entitled to a
maximum of 1,500 Vacation Dollars (or 750 Vacation Dollars depending on length of stay) per stay. Two
Bedroom Presidential Suites (in resorts where available) and Two Bedroom Suite – Golf Course at Moon
Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun are entitled to two (2) credits of 1,500 Vacation Dollars (or two (2)
credits of 750 Vacation Dollars depending on length of stay) per stay. The 4 Bedroom Villas at Moon Palace
Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun and Moon Palace Casino, Golf & Spa Resort in Punta Cana are entitled to
three (3) credits of 1,500 Vacation Dollars (or three (3) credits 750 Vacation Dollars depending on length of
stay) per stay. All other categories are entitled to one (1) credit of 1,500 Vacation Dollars or 750 Vacation
Dollars based on length of stay.
Existing Promotions: Please refer to chart for details.
Tours: Additional services within these tours may not be applicable towards this promotion. Subject to
availability. Some restrictions may apply. Tours provided by Palace Vacation Planners. Not applicable to
excursions provided by other operators.
Golf/Spa: Subject to space and availability. Vacation Dollars apply towards green fees, shared cart and golf
club rentals (Vallarta Palace does not include golf club rentals). Additional services may be available at the
golf courses which may not be applicable towards this promotion. Transportation to golf courses not
included from Cozumel Palace, Isla Mujeres Palace Wyndham Grand Resort and Vallarta Palace. Vacation
Dollars are not applicable for products at pro shop, beauty salon and spa. Some restrictions may apply.
Weddings: Wedding dates and packages are subject to availability. Vacation Dollars redeemable towards
the purchase of a Precious Wedding Collection. Vacation Dollars cannot be applied towards optional
services or extras. Complimentary package continues to be available as an additional option to our guests.
Room Upgrades: Subject to availability at time of arrival.
Casino: Vacation Dollars apply toward casino tables games. Not applicable in slot machines. Not
redeemable for cash.
Romantic Dinner: Lobster and Premium Champagne for 2 adults. Additional bottles of
Champagne incur an additional cost.
Wines: Award winning wine selection available at all restaurants. Premium wine list not available
from room service menu.
