During the last 25+ years providing Touristic Services we have earnt a sound reputation for providing cost effective
accommodation and services within the region.
A number of years ago we promoted our clients properties for rent utilising various portals including our own website,
flipkey and holiday lettings but in 2012 we decided to commit further with an investment of our own into Tatil Evim
(Translated: My Holiday Home) an already popular and established Turkish Property Rental portal.
Eighty percent of our Rental Bookings now come directly from this website (the other 20% comes direct through repeat
business, word of mouth and smaller portals).
During the peak periods of July and August we regularly reach 100% capacity and are subsequently in the process of
expanding the number of units available for rent through direct communication with owners that have previously purchased
from us.
The Tatil Evim website is currently written in Turkish but we have plans to expand this to include English and other common
languages which will assist us to maximise exposure of your property and help achieve you an enviable rental income for
the foreseeable future.
Our commission fee for the marketing and sourcing of our clientele is 25% which also includes the weekly cleaning of the
apartment, laundry and linen.
Should an Owner source their own clientele, all of our Services are still at your disposal to use (competitive fees will apply).
We provide a one stop shop for landlords – the owner provides the keys and we do the rest.
