GUARANTEE DECENNIAL INSURANCE:
Geotechnical study carried out by an organisation approved by the Andalusia Government.
Materials (Concrete and Steel) carried out by an organisation approved by the Andalusia Government.
Technical Control Office, this enterprise verifies the quality of the project.
Insurance that covers all damages to foundations and structure of the housing for ten year

EARTH MOVEMENTS:
Excavation with a depth according to the geotechnical study.
FOUNDATIONS:
According to the recommendations of the geotecnical study. When the excavation is done, a block of compacted gravel, 0,3 metres
