General Terms. Rest assured, we will pick the best plant we have for your order. We have been and always will
be quality orchid growers and we want you to be very happy with your new plants. We feel that the best way to
keep you coming back is to send you the plants we’d love to grow ourselves. We hope you agree.
Please be aware that some of our offerings are in very limited supply. We make every effort to update our list in
a timely manner but some plants sell out quickly. We do not make substitutions unless requested. All plants are
subject to prior sale. This listing cancels all previous lists and offerings. Plants offered may be withdrawn at any time
for any reason. This is usually in both of our best interests.
Shipping. All plants will be shipped bare root, unless otherwise requested. An additional charge of $1.00 per plant
will be charged for plants shipped in pot. At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. via U.S. Priority Mail.
We can also ship via Federal Express overnight or 2nd day, but it will cost you extra. During the winter months we
add a heat pack to keep the plants warm in transit. During times of extreme cold we will hold the shipment until the
weather warms up enough to ship safely.
1) Orders from $1.00 to $300.00, please add 15% for packing, handling, and shipping charges (minimum $15.00).
2) Orders from $301.00 to $500.00 please add 10% for packing, handling, and shipping charges.
3) All orders from $501.00 to $1000 add 5% packing, handling, and shipping charges.
4) For orders over $1000 shipping is free within the continental U.S. via U.S. Priority Mail.
Sales Tax. Washington state residents must pay 8.3% sales tax.
Discounts. 1) Save 10% on orders from 1000.00 to $1,500.00. 2) Save 15% on orders from $1,501 to $3,000.
3) And save 25% on orders from $3,001 and more. For all orders over $1000 shipping is free via U.S. Priority Mail.
Wholesale. Inquiries welcome.
Payment. We accept money orders, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal. For customers sending
personal checks, please allow 10 to 14 additional days for the check to clear the bank. Full payment is required with
your order, including all packing, handling, and shipping charges.
Privacy Policy. All information that you provide to us when you purchase products or sign up for our mailing list
will be used solely by Orchidaceae, Inc. and will not be resold or shared with another company or person.
Warranty. Orchidaceae, Inc. gives no warranty implied or expressed, as to the productivity of any of the plants we
sell and will not in any way be held responsible for the plants purchased. We pride ourselves in the correct names
of our plants and do everything in our control to insure that the plants are correctly labeled. Although we work with
some of the most respected names in the industry, in rare instances mistakes may happen. If your plant is found to
be incorrectly labeled, please let us know and we’ll correct the situation. Many of the crosses that we sell are
speculative and it is impossible to predict with certainty the outcome of any hybrid cross. The descriptions we give
are our best guesses for the outcome of that particular cross. Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase
price of the plants we sell.
Returns. We make every effort to make sure that the plants arrive in excellent condition. If there is a problem with
your plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
