e Wristbands are to be picked up at the First Community
table in front of Splash City from 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m.

e Buffet dinner is served 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m.
e Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a
chaperone 18 or older.
e By attending this event you authorize First Community to
use any photographs for promotional purposes.
e Confirmations and tickets will not be sent. Your canceled
check or funds withdrawal will serve as your confirmation.
e Event will be held rain or shine. Cancellation and/or
refund due to severe weather will be determined at the
discretion of Splash City and is beyond the control of First
Community.

e At least one of the youths in attendance must have an
