THE
Edgerton Branch Moving to
New Location
Our Edgerton branch, currently located at 617 N. Main Street, will
be moving to 1101 N. Main Street in Edgerton as construction of the
new building for Edgerton Pharmacy and Boutique is completed in
late 2016.
The new facility, which is planned to be over 16,000 square feet,
will be the new location for Edgerton Pharmacy and Boutique,
Blackhawk Community Credit Union and one other tenant.
Demolition of the old clinic building at 1101 N. Main Street was
completed, and construction of the new building that is owned by
local residents Eric and Jenna Gresens will begin this spring.
“The friendly local staff will remain the same, but the branch is
being designed to better serve our members and the community
of Edgerton with updated technology and comfortable spaces to
review finances. We are pleased to partner with Edgerton Pharmacy
and Boutique and to be a part of a new venture in Edgerton,” said
Sherri Stumpf, Blackhawk Community Credit Union CEO.

We hope you will join us for a delectable
brunch, followed by Blackhawk’s Annual
Meeting. As a member and owner of the credit
union, the Annual Meeting is your meeting.
You will receive a credit union update by the
Board of Directors and the CEO and have an
opportunity to get acquainted with the credit
union’s management team and employees.
One of the key differences that sets credit
unions apart from banks is that of leadership.
We have a Board of Directors from the
membership and elected by the membership.
This year, after eight years of service, Director
Tom Brien is retiring. We thank him for
his leadership.
We have two Board seats open for 2016. Don’t
forget to exercise your right to vote. As a
member-owner, your vote truly matters. Go to
www.bhccu.org and follow the secure VOTE
link or return your paper ballot that is being sent
to you. All ballots must be received by April 14,
2016, at 11:59 pm Central Standard Time.
Election results will be declared at the Annual
Meeting on Sunday, April 24, 2016. We look
forward to meeting you at the Annual Meeting.
Reservations are required to attend the brunch preceding the Annual Meeting.
Please RSVP with the attached form by April 19, 2016.

Download the free Android Pay™ app from Google Play™ today and load
your debit or credit cards into the app, so you can pay with your phone
in stores. You simply bring your phone close to the payment terminal
and tap the fingerprint scanner to authorize payment. Android Pay
requires that your phone has a secure lock screen (pattern, password,
PIN or fingerprint), ensuring secure payment. Android Pay works on
phones running Android 4.4 and later.
Samsung Pay
To use Samsung Pay, download the free app from Google Play; add your
debit and credit cards in a few simple steps; and pay in stores using your
phone and a fingerprint or PIN authentication. One key advantage is that
Samsung Pay can be used at almost any payment terminal where you can
swipe a card – including more than 90% of stores in the U.S.! Samsung
Pay works on top-tier Samsung phones, including the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge,
S6 Active, Note 5 and S6 Edge+.

Annual Notice Regarding Non-Visa
PIN-less Debit Transactions
To ensure debit card users are notified, Visa® requires us to post the
following information. Your transactions may not be processed as
Visa transactions within a specified ATM network.
You may use your Visa debit card to initiate both Visa debit
transactions and non-Visa debit transactions without using
a personal identification number (PIN) to authenticate
the transactions.
To initiate a Visa debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide
a card number or swipe your card through a point-of-sale (POS)
terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa network.
To initiate a non-Visa debit transaction, enter a PIN at a pointof-sale terminal or, for certain bill payment transactions, provide
the account number for an e-commerce or mail/telephone order
transaction after clearly indicating a preference to route it as a
non-Visa transaction. We have enabled non-Visa debit transaction
processing on the Pulse ATM network(s).
