The Nushagak River Lodge - Sports Afield Trophy Properties
The Nushagak River Lodge
World Class King Salmon Fishing
Established Client Base
What is for sale?
• This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a lodge on the
famous Nushagak River and this world renown King Salmon
fishery. The lodge consists of a main dining lodge/kitchen plus
16 outbuildings. Nine guest cabins can accommodate up to 29
people at a time. Along with the land, structures, and
inventory, this sale also includes the name, “Nushagak River
Lodge”, and client list. Also, included in this sale will be all the
experience and knowledge of the man who built, owns, and
currently operates this camp. He will help in the operation of
the lodge from opening in June through closing for the winter
at the end of September. This will not only help the new
owners out tremendously, but also ensure the continued
satisfaction of our customer base we have worked so hard to
build up over the years.
Location
• The lodge is located on the
North Shore of the Nushagak
River, 2 miles above Black Point,
about 28 miles East of
Dillingham, Alaska. This is the
nearest town and the hub where
all of our clients fly into. It is
large enough to provide all the
necessary accommodations such
as lodging and dining and has a
number of gift shops and
general merchandise stores.
Dillingham is located
approximately 300 miles (1 hour
flight) Southwest of Anchorage,
on Nushagak Bay in the greater
Bristol Bay area.
$$$ Financial Info $$$
• Currently the owner operates the camp from June
15th through the end of September. There are a
number of different salmon runs that occur on this
river as well as trophy rainbow fishing. One could
also include daily fly out fishing.
• More information can be found on the Nushagak
