Profession of Faith & Believer’s Baptism
If you’ve decided for the first time to put your
faith in Jesus and want to be baptized by being
immersed in water, you may begin the process
of joining our church by your profession of
faith.
Baptism for Membership
If you’ve already put your faith in Jesus but
have never followed Him in believer's baptism
by immersion, you may begin the process of
joining our church by being baptized.
Transfer of Letter
If you already have assurance of your salvation
and have been baptized as a believer and are
coming to our church from another Southern
Baptist church, you may begin the process of
joining by letter. A letter is simply a note from
your previous church that states you were a
member there.
Statement of Faith
If you are already a Christian and have followed
the Lord in believer's baptism, but come from
another denomination, you may begin the process of joining our church by statement. "By
statement" simply means you already have a
personal relationship with Christ and have been
baptized by immersion.
New Members Class
For membership in our church, we ask that you
complete a new members class. These are
offered often during our Connections Time on
Sunday’ mornings.

during the invitation time of our services or
by speaking to a staff member. Questions

Scholarship Giving for Travis Seagle – We will be collecting a love offering for a seminary scholarship for our Minister of Education and Students. Please designate any offering as “Scholarship”. This will be an immense help to him. Thanks so much.
Annual Business Meeting-Sunday, September 13th All members are encouraged to join
us for this very important meeting on Sunday morning. We will be electing deacons and
trustees and other business. It should last no longer than 20 minutes. All visitors and
attenders are welcome to dismiss to Food and Fellowship.
Special Called Business Meeting: We will be having a special called conference on Sunday September 13th at 6:00 pm to discuss and vote on the Preschool Building Renovation
proposal. Be part of this portion of our church growth.
Jesus Party: Join us Sunday September 20th at 6pm as we have a party to celebrate Jesus.
We will be having music, food, testimonies and a great time in the Lord. Invite you
friends and neighbors to join us for this event.
See You At The Pole/Saw You At The Pole: Students have a chance to pray for their
school, nation, teachers, classmates and whatever else is on their hearts on September
23rd at 7:00 am. See You At the Pole takes place at each school around the flag pole. Saw
You at the Pole will be a chance for the students to reflect back on their prayer time
Celebrate!! You are invited to a surprise party in honor of Ms. Nedadean Legrone’s 90th
birthday on Sunday, September 27th from 2 to 4 pm in the New Fellowship Hall.
