high quality, expertly styled
garments for markets such as
music merchandise, fashion,
corporate promotions and
athletics.
EarthPositive Apparel is 100% organic with
90% Reduced CO2. The 90% reduction has
been achieved by a combination of low-impact
organic farming, efficiency in manufacturing
and transportation, and the use of renewable
energy instead of the fossil fuel based grid
electricity. It has been calculated that a single
EarthPositive T-shirt saves around 7 kilograms
of CO2.

SCREEN PRINTING T-SHIRTS
Screen printing businesses can utilise both water
based (biodegradable or standard industry plastisol
based dyes. Screen printing allows you to print up to
16 colours on any coloured t-shirt.
Pricing is
dependent on the complexity of your design or logo,
the amount of colours you have in it and the quantity of
prints you would like on your t-shirts. You pay one off
set up fees based on the amount of screens your
artwork will need. Please note white prints on dark
garments require 2 screens.
EXAMPLES

DIGITAL PRINTING (DIRECT TO GARMENT)
Digital printing can print any design and any amount of
colours directly from an electronic image onto your
t-shirt. It uses water based (biodegradable) dyes and is
best describes as a big bubble jet printer for t-shirt’s.
There are no set up fees for digital printing.

FABRIC YARDAGE PRINTING
We work with several Australian business’s that specialise in the printing of fabric by the metre or by
the roll. This method allows you to have a continuous pattern across the fabric eg: designs, stripes,
logos. Garments are cut from the fabric after the yardage printing is completed.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery designs are stitched with an automated embroidery machine. These designs are
"digitized" with Embroidery Software. They can have different types of "fills" which add texture and
design to the embroidery. Almost all basic types of embroidery can be created with Machine
Embroidery. These include: Appliqué, Free Standing Lace, Cutwork, Cross-stitch, Photo Stitch, and
Basic Embroidery.
Artwork Specifications
Artwork needs to be supplied in either PC or Mac files. For best resolution results please save
images at 300dpi at the intended print size. Colours print best when saved in RGB colour mode.
Actual PMS colours are best. The following files - .pdf .tif .eps .psd .ai .cdr .jpg (hi res) are accepted,
Microsoft Office Documents, publisher or .gif files are not accepted Please make sure all fonts are
converted to outlines/curves. Artwork can be supplied on disc or sent by email (under 6mb).
Screenprinting has many variations so use this information as a general guide.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
PRIVATE & RE LABEL MANUFACTURING
We offer an easy and inexpensive way to start your own private label t-shirt brand. We can sew your labels into any of
our products. Choose your favorite Certton, Erath Positive or Drover style's, select your favourite colours, provide us with
your labels and a quantity per size and we'll do the rest. We do request that sew in labels have a minimum 10mm sew in
allowance so your logo doesn't get cut off in production. We can also RE LABEL existing stocked t– shirts by sewing your
label over the existing brand label in the shirts. MINIMUM 100 garments (10 per size, per colour).

PRIVATE PATTERN MANUFACTURING
if we don't stock a style that you're looking for we can custom make a pattern for you. Since we do all our manufacturing
in-house, we have a lot of flexibility when it comes to custom orders, including the ability to use custom patterns,
stitching, colours and fabrics. You can make variations to one of our existing style's, or we can help to design something
specifically for you. Please note that we are a specialised t-shirt manufacturer and we will only be able to produce styles
that require basic sewing construction. MINIMUM 250 pieces per pattern (10 per size, per colour). We can vary the
minimum for some specific orders, please contact us to discuss.
PATTERN MAKING & GRADING: If you don’t have patterns a fully graded set of patterns costs $150 + gst per style.
You are required to provide full garment specifications.
PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLE: We will supply a sample prior to full production at your request, and will not
commence manufacturing until you are completely satisfied with, and have approved your sample. If you don't require a
sample our team will manufacture your garment strictly to pattern and place the labels where common practice predicts.
Pre production t-shirt samples cost $50 + gst
Private pattern sampling charges are based on the complexity of the garment and the time it takes for us to
cut, make and trim.
CUSTOM FABRIC COLOURS
We currently stock over 28 colours of Certton organic fabric. Please see Page 14. If we are missing a colour that you
would like, no problem, we can have it custom dyed for you. All we need is a physical fabric swatch of your
preferred colour. You will typically receive your fabric lab dip sample 1-2 weeks after placing your order, and your final
production fabric 2-3 weeks after approving your sample. There is a minimum order of 2 rolls for custom colours. When
ordering custom colours you are required to take the entire batch of fabric. We can make it all into garments or you can
have some left as fabric.
FABRIC & GARMENT PRINTING
We're experienced with fabric yardage printing, garment dyeing, screen printing, digital printing & embroidery.

WAREHOUSING & ORDER FULLFILLMENT
With warehousing available in both Sydney (NSW) & Currumbin (South East Queensland) we offer a safe and secure
environment for your completed apparel. We ship daily online sales for brands and can also get merchandise to
anywhere in Australia or the world for special events, conferences, gigs and music festivals as needed.
FOLDING, PACKAGING & TAGGING
We can complete your garments ready for point of sale. We offer a fast and economic service for folding, bagging and
attaching your swing tags.
OFFSHORE PRODUCTION
We have an excellent network of experienced off shore factory’s for full scale bulk production and currently manage off

PRIVATE LABEL/ALTERATIONS: We can manufacture any of our styles with your supplied private label, no label and/or any requested variations. Pricing

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING: We can custom manufacture your designs in our single jersey organic fabrics or you can supply us your own fabrics and we can
quote you a CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) price per garment. You need to supply us with a pattern and your labels for custom manufacturing. A minimum (250+) order
quantity applies at the pricing above for custom made t-shirts to your pattern. Sampling is charged at $30 per style. For other designs and garments, please
contact us with further information about what you would like to create.
WHOLESALE PRICING: The price you pay is based on the total number of items you order across any range, size, colour & style combination.
