Our Home
The load bearing st��ct�re of the village, “la Villa
Padronale”, denotes a first sight at the impor�ance
and the unusual tone: it includes four double bedrooms,
one t�in bedroom and t�o suites, all f�lly self-contained,
ar�iving at a total of four�een beds. On the g�ound
floor the familiar taste of the kitchen and the dining
room, the evocative and the contemporar� bring
together practicalit� with elegant aesthetic solutions.
A characteristic staircase leads upstairs, where all
the rooms, painted in soſt colors coordinate with the
decor, are enriched by prestigious details. You can
spend pleasant moments of relax in the reading
room or on the ter�ace, from where you will enjoy an
incomparable view of the sur�ounding park and the
ancient private chapel.
You can book your stay, depending on your needs,
the whole villa or single rooms.
Ideal for a g�oup of friends the “Tre Lecci” is an
independent building which consists of a lounge on
the g�ound floor and 3 double bedrooms each with
private baths on the first floor. On the g�ound floor of
the same building you can find the reception.
Located under the ancient painted porch, “L' Arco” is
the ideal solution for a g�oup of four people: a family,
t�o couples or four friends. In the living room-kitchen restorations have brought to light, in the
center of the vaulted ceiling, a fresco depicting a
deit� sur�ounded by woodland animals. The t�o
bedrooms, one double and one t�in, can be t�ansfor�ed
into t�o doubles or t�o singles depending on your
needs.
“La Lavanda” cottage, tastef�lly decorated in various
shades of g�een, inspired by the soſt and har�onious
Umbrian valleys. Consisting of a lounge, a large
kitchen, a double bedroom and t�o t�in rooms, it' s
ideal for 6 people, a g�oup of friends or a family.
Here, the slow pace and the simple life can restore a
mental and physical balance and an inner charge
sometimes lost.
For a single pair, we propose a simple accommodation,
solid and elegant, where the predominant color of
fresh cream per�eates the environment.
“La Feritoia” is composed of a kitchenette, double
bedroom and bathroom and is ideal for a romantic
ret�eat.

knots and volume that seem the work of t��e ar�ists
and instill a calm old age. All around the clean-shaven
soſt t�rf is an ideal surface to walk barefoot, to lie in

village, are organically g�own and so are all of the
far� fields. Healthy and har�onious balance bet�een
ear�h and plants, Tenuta Castelverde offers the

walking in the count��side, cycling or ex��eme mountain

Some paths of the proper�� provide direct access to
t�o of the most interesting cities in the area: by
following Via Francigena, you can reach Lake Bolsena,
while across the United Fund of the Et��scans you
can find the nat�ral reser�e of Monte Rufeno. They
are roads possible to ex�lore on foot, by bike or on
horseback.
