Meal arrangements and catering
Half board is accommodation, breakfast and dinner (can not be exchanged with lunch or refunded).
Breakfast – breakfast buffet. Lunch – a variety of snack-bars are available for light lunch, payment extra. Dinner
– Colosseo or Pineta (Pineta is open-air restaurant as alternative to Colosseo) and Torre Grill (Steakhouse) are
available to all Guests.
½ bottle of house wine and mineral water are included only at Colosseo or Pineta, in all other restaurants it is not
included.
In High season a choice of specialty restaurants is available without supplement, wine and water are extra.
The other Hotel Restaurants are also available requiring reservation and supplement (drinks not included).
Restaurants are open at Management discretion and some assigned restaurants may change for year 2010.
Casual wear is recommended during the day. For Restaurant dining, you may wish to dress more formally (shorts
and bermudas are not permitted).
Room service at extra charge.
Sport facilities
Free of charge: 2 tennis courts (most with floodlights), ping-pong, basketball, volleyball, daily sportprogramming with aerobic, sun beds, sunshades, pools, sun umbrellas, full size football pitch.
For Hotel Castello, Villa del Parco and Le Dune: 2 pools reserved near Hotel Castello, beach towel service
provided.
Not included: health and beauty center with hairdresser, beauty center for ladies, massage, sauna, Turkish bath,
hydro-massage, fully equipped gymnasium, water sports like sailing, diving, water-ski, paddle-boats, windsurf,
horse riding, bicycle hire, 10 pin bowling, sport lesson, putting green, 1 synthetic grass, 1 natural grass and 6 clay
courts, go-kart and any rental and tuition.
The Forte Village is a product in continue development and therefore some changes may happen from season
to season.
Animals
It is not allowed to bring animals into the ground of Forte Village.

The Arbatax Park expands on about 60 hectares on the edge of Capo Bellavista peninsula in Arbatax, in a marvellous
natural scenery, nearby Capo Monte Santo marine park.
The Resort, renewed and enriched with more services, is the first village with a modern concept of global wellness: it is in
fact the only resort with a large natural park that hosts native flora and fauna and a 2000 sq metre modern Wellness
Thalasso & SPA Centre where water is the main element for health and amusement.
The Resort can be divided into 3 big areas: the Park Area (that includes the Bellavista Naturalistic Park, the Wellness
Centre and the Large Amphiteatre), the Cala Moresca Area and the Telis Area. In the last ones, 5 accomodation facilities,
all the recreational and sport services, restaurants and bars of the Arbatax Park are located.
The Monte Turri and Il Borgo accommodation facilities are located in the Cala Moresca Area that suits also well an
international clientele thanks to its territory conformation, to the building characterization, to the soft entertainment and the
services; while Il Villaggio, Le Dune and I Cottage are located in the Telis Area which is more suitable to families with
children and youths who love a more dynamic and involving animation.
Monte Turri (4 stars; 55 rooms): a small and charming hotel for an elegant, refined and peaceful holiday.
Borgo Cala Moresca (4 stars; 239 rooms): built like an ancient Sardinian village.
Il Villaggio (4 stars; 424 rooms): surrounded by nature and particularly suitable for families with children.
Le Dune (4 stars; 100 rooms): rooms with a particular circular shape in a panoramic area facing the sea.
I Cottage (4 stars; 78 rooms): situated in one of the most exclusive area of the Resort, offer to the most demanding
clients an exclusive service in a green oasis close to the sea.
THE SEA
The Arbatax Park is surrounded by a rugged coastline, where you will find numerous bays, some embraced by polished
granite and porphyry stones, other formed by rocks, pebbles and saltwater pools alternating with sandy seaview terraces,
tiny sandy beaches and wooden platforms equipped with beach umbrellas, chaise longues. The sea is from 10 to 500
metres away from the rooms. Daily excursions (with a small charge) to reach the most beautiful beaches in the
roundabouts.
RESTAURANTS
Arbatax Park has an All Inclusive Light formula (except the Monte Turri solution). Each hotel has at least one restaurant:
the clients are free to choose to dine in the restaurant of the selected hotel or in another restaurant (in some cases upon
reservation and paying an extra charge).
Inside the Resort, there are 6 bars (one “Bar Rosa” with fee and table service) and 8 restaurants. The Sardinian
Restaurant “Su Coile” inside the Natural Park has always to be paid on the spot by all the guests.
The number of open bars and restaurants could vary according to the occupation of the Resort.
SERVICES
Inside the Resort, there are several common areas to all guests:
- BELLAVISTA WELLNESS THALASSO & SPA CENTRE
The new Bellavista Wellness Thalasso and SPA Centre is situaded in the middle of the resort in a panoramic position: a
modern and well equipped Centre extending on a 2000 sq metres area. The centre offers wellness circuits (Turkish baths,
saunas, emotional showers, whirlpools, waterfalls and salty or sweet water basins) and even massages and beauty
treatments; everything facing on a very striking swimming pool with water circuits and games.
The entrance (allowed only to adults) to the Wellness Centre is upon a charge for all the guests of the Resort, as well as
massages and beauty treatments.
- BELLAVISTA NATURAL PARK
In the heart of Ogliastra, the peninsula of Bellavista is an island in the island, a paradise corner still intact in its rugged
beauty. In this microcosm the Bellavista Natural Park has its place, in a 60 hectares area of typical Sardinian flora and
fauna. Among olive trees, mastic and myrtle trees are hosted indigenous animals such as wild sheeps, wild boars, Jar
horses, deers, donkeys, sheeps and Sardinian cows, as well as a variety of birds that find a safe heaven in a protected
ecosystem. Inside the park there is also the restaurant “Su Coile” (with extra charge for all the guests of the Resort),
located open air, in a very panoramic area, equipped and dedicated to the typical Sardinian dinners with impressive bread
oven and space for the roasts. In a corner reserved for tasting, guests can also purchase all the typical products of the
island gastronomy.
- SPORTS AREA
Inside the Resort, there are 9 swimming pools and even various sports areas: located in the upper part of Villaggio (5 tennis
courts, soccer, volleyball, archery and single basket), at the entrance of Borgo (2 squash courts and fitness room). The
aquagym, aerobics, stretching and Latin-American dances courses will take place in the Villagio and Borgo Areas.
- DIVING CENTRE AND WATER SPORTS
Inside the Resort (with fee), it is possible to rent equipment, to diving tours and licences thanks to an authorized Diving
Centre that can release SSI licences for various levels.
It is even possible to take free of charge, swimming, canoeing courses, besides sailing courses for children.
- GOLF PRACTICE FIELD AND PUTTING GREEN
Inserted in a lush tropical garden in the Bellavista Park, the Golf Practice filed and putting green is located. The overall
length is equal to 700 metres; has 9 holes for a par 27. It has a medium difficulty, defined as “pitch and put” and is also
suitable to organize competitions for beginners and average players. It also has “putting green” for training with “putter”
and the practice area (driving range) for training to swing with short clubs (odds).
- RECREATIONAL FACILTIES
Maxi Disco, on the terraces of the Bellavista Centre, equipped with a modern audio-lights and an impressive dancefloor
under the stars. In the same area, in order to stage the evening shows, a large and spectacular amphiteatre, Bellavista
Theatre, has been built. In the Borgo and in the Villaggio, two large Amphitheatres are dedicated to “Movie under the
Stars”.
- CONGRESS CENTRE
In the central area of the Villaggio, the Congress Centre has a versatile conference room with up to 800 seats equipped with
audio/video supports. Thanks to partition walls, it is possible to divide the conference room into smaller conference halls.
- INTERNAL CONNECTIONS
To facilitate the movements among the different areas, there is a shuttle service that goes back and forth from 8 a.m. to
12 p.m.

 Open bar at all bar points of the Resort (except Bar Rosa) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with coffee, soft drinks on tap,
juices, ice tea (not in the bottle).
 Snack/aperitif during the day at fixed hours at the central bars, culinary surprises and midnight happenings.
 A colorful Biberoneria with possibility to prepare by yourself meals for the babies (open at fixed times – bring your
own ingredients).
The clients of the Suites, apart from using everything specified in the All Inclusive Light Formula, can have their meals
without supplements by Sa Gana Restaurant (upon reservation).
Excluded from the All Inclusive Light Formula: from the Open Bar are excluded beer, wine and alcoholic beverages,
international spirits and liqueurs, bottled and canned beverages, ice creams and everything packed. The choice of brands of
all beverages being part of the Open Bar is at discretion of the management of the Resort. In some restaurants, the guests
will occupy tables up to 4/8 persons (up to complete filling). The access to some restaurants is allowed only upon payment
of a charge and reservation.

ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN

for games and sports. All the activities are organized by age:

With the animation staff, children can spend their days with a lot of fun at the playgrounds, in their dedicated swimming

The Hotel Monte Turri is a small hotel full of charm situated in a suggestive and scenic position, furnished with taste and
fitted with every comfort, the ideal solution for those in search of elegance, refinement and complete tranquillity. The
rooms are equipped with: air conditioning and heating system, wall safe box, telephone, hair dryer, LCD HD flat screen
TV with access to SKY, minibar (pay-per-use for guests of the Garden rooms). Scenic restaurant and swimming pool with
solarium. Scenic glass elevators used to reach a private cove, equipped with beach beds and umbrellas (upon
availability) on wooden platforms.
Tower Rooms: located inside the central structure with Jacuzzi.
Garden Rooms: located at 100 metres from the central structure, at the bottom of the steps on the internal court of the

pantiles and wrought iron. The Bay of Cala Moresca has many sandy terraces fitted with beds and umbrellas that reach
the beach where there is a wooden solarium platform equipped with beds and umbrellas (upon availability).
Classic Rooms, equipped with air conditioning and heating system, TV, safe box, telephone, pay-per-use minibar and
hair dryer.
Family Rooms, equipped equally as the Classic Rooms, consisting of 2 connecting bedrooms with two bathrooms in the
ground floor.
Superior Rooms, equipped equally as the Classic Rooms, but located in the upper floor with scenic view, terrace or

The residential complex is located on a hill overlooking the sea, is Stintino, an old fishing village, where you will find "Pelosa" the
beach with the most beautiful sea in the world, about 8 km. In the charming center, we find all the amenities, supermarket, local arts
and crafts shops.
APARTMENTS: The villas and apartments are divided between semi-detached house, terraced. All rooms are elegantly furnished in
typical Sardinian style, have TV, washing machine, iron / ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, garden or balcony, shared barbecue for
groups of houses, parking, some with swimming pool shared with other villas apartments

Located in the upper part of Palau, in front of a landscape of exceptional beauty which includes La Maddalena, Caprera and the
other islands of the Archipelago, the marine park, the nearby Corsica and part of the Costa Smeralda. The hotel is
approximately 700 meters., From the white beach "Sciumara", and has a free shuttle service to reach the hotel. All services are
available at the beach with umbrellas and chairs but for a fee. A few minutes of a walk from the harbor of Palau and its
commercial center, where you can go shopping, with particular reference to local crafts and the coral.
ROOMS: The hotel has 83 rooms including double and triple rooms and 12 suites, fully renovated, some with sea views,

INFORMATION : Residence-opened in May 2011, the Village is newly built not far from the sea.
The complex consists of 3 residential blocks arranged on different levels, that it allows the "sea view" from most of the
apartments. The complex is surrounded by greenery, with beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the
Maddalena Archipelago and Corsica. The apartments overlook the gardens, fragrant and lush surrounding hills and the
beautiful swimming pool with waterfall and all modern conveniences.
Just 2.8 km to the center of Baja Sardinia with its famous "Piazzetta". The beach of white sand and crystal clear water,
and for lovers of "BY NIGHT" nightclubs and discos found throughout the area and in particular in the famous Porto
Cervo, the destination of the international jet set, which is just 6/7 km .

The Residence “Bouganvillage” and "Le vele", are just 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia, are located in the
residential area of Tanaunella, 2 km from the famous Budoni center and 8 km from San Teodoro. The residences are
distant from each other about 500 meters and consist of semi-detached houses on two levels, set in beautiful gardens,
with private entrance around or near the pool.
APARTMENTS: Both residences are on the ground floor with patio or first floor with veranda, both equipped with table
and chairs. Tastefully furnished and equipped with oven, satellite TV, toaster, (some with sensors for gas leaks,
emergency alarm) air conditioning or air-conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. All with kitchenette to cook,
are available in the following types:

Harmoniously set in the idyllic village of Sos Alinos, is a comfortable structure that proposes the residence, near Cala
Liberotto, 10 km from Orosei.
The apartments are arranged in a pleasing architectural complex on two floors, are elegantly furnished in Sardinian
style and equipped with air conditioning at set times, heating, TV, kitchenette with electric stove and microwave oven,
safe, bathroom with bath and hairdryer, most with balcony or veranda.
BEACH: about 1400 meters the beautiful pine forest along the beautiful beaches of white sand, alternating with coves
and small cliffs. Beach services not provided.
SERVICES: lift, laundromat, public parking outside unattended. Nearby, supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, bars,
restaurants, pizzerias and bus stop, 1 km to pharmacy and medical assistance to 12 km. Small dogs are allowed on
request for a fee (max 5 kg). Swimming pool for adults and children equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs until
exhaustion

NOTES
The hotel is located near the beautiful bay of Cala Liberotto in a stretch of coast characterized by a succession of
coves of white sand and pink granite cliffs. The new building is integrated functionally with the other structures of the
homonymous complex in which it is inserted.
ROOMS: 30 rooms including single and the rest divided between double / triple and quadruple some. The rooms
are equipped with air conditioning (extra charge), TV, telephone, minibar, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES: two swimming pools both for children, bar, breakfast room, restaurant and pizzeria,
games room, TV room, laundry, and indoor and outdoor closed parking and closed parking (fee). Tennis court and
soccer field. 24/24h reception with free wi-fi.
RESTAURANT: Breakfast buffet and dinner served at your table with choice of menu. Cellar with local and national
wines. Dining corner for moms to prepare meals for babies / children.
Club Card: compulsory from 01/06 to 14/09, includes: welcome cocktail, tennis lessons, swimming and water
aerobics, aerobics, muscle toning, evening entertainment, cabarets, dances, games, tournaments, music.
MINICLUB from 4 to 12 years, with the assistance of qualified personnel, with projections, equipped play area.
BEACH: 1,200 m distant small sheltered coves with crystal clear water with shallow water that guarantee a peaceful
bathing especially for children. Possibility to rent parasols and deck chairs for two euro per piece per day. Shuttle
service to the beach with 4 daily.
PETS: Small pets allowed on request in a dedicated area and not allowed in public areas.
