reserved to you, subject to you passing the application process and ultimately - the landlord accepting your
application, and offering you a tenancy. If a guarantor is required there will be a further fee of £30.00
including VAT per guarantor. Once an offer of a tenancy is made then it will be expected that a tenancy will
commence within two weeks, or the property will be remarketed and until such time as the legal agreement is
signed, all dealings remain subject to contract.
A deposit equivalent to one and a half months rent will be required at the time of signing the tenancy
agreement plus one month’s rent in advance. Payment must be by cleared in our account 3 days before your
