Range starts at as little as 11kW Cooling extending to an impressive 140kW Cooling. This range is now

Outdoor units also have options such as ‘Either Heating or Cooling Systems’ and highly efficient
‘Simultaneous Heating and Cooling Systems’ that require only 2-pipes, saving on installation and

BDT Ltd without cost to the owner for parts or direct repair labour. A BDT LTD authorized repair agent
shall carry out the repair or replacement during normal business hours.
Any Mitsubishi Electric parts or equipment replaced under the warranty will be warranted in accordance
with the provisions of this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or 12 months from
the completion of the repair, whichever is the greater.
Except where inconsistent with the owners statutory rights and the rights given by this warranty, all
other warranties and all liability of BDT Ltd for any loss or damage direct and consequential is expressly

ADAGIO
The peristaltic pump ADAGIO with thermal detection is very quiet and can run dry. Not affected
by particles, it can work in polluted environments. The support
brackets allow installation into false ceilings or directly on a wall. As soon as there is a difference
in temperature of 5 degrees celicius between the blue sensor
installed near the evaporating coil and the red sensor installed on the ambient air side , the pump
will run and evacuate condensates. When the difference is lower than 5 degrees celicius, the pump
still functions for a further 3 minutes in order to evacuate the liquid that is in the condensate
tray, then the pump stops
The peristaltic pump BASIC is very quiet and can run dry. Not very sensitive to

Leak Detector
Bubble leak detection was once considered
gross and unreliable. To a certain degree it
was true because the dominant makers of
leak detector solutions relied on simple mixtures
of soap and water. BIG BLU is a strong and
persistent film forming liquid that has excelled
in the field identification of gas leaks. It remains,
the only bubble/foam indicator capable of
detecting micro gas leakage down to 0.65
ounces per year.
