L’interfaccia a mezzo pannello Touch Screen a colori con simboli e comandi
grafici a video semplifica l’utilizzo della macchina anche all’operatore inesperto. Gli azionamenti meccanici sono concepiti per garantire affidabilità
e ridurre al minimo gli interventi di manutenzione. La macchina può essere
asservita a diverse tipologie di dosatori, caricatori, pesatrici. Le ridotte dimensioni di ingombro del telaio consentono di inserire la macchina anche
in ambienti produttivi con spazi ristretti. In caso di necessità di spostamenti
frequenti, è possibile richiedere il montaggio su ruote.
Its design is essential, its contents complete and functional: these
are the distinctive marks of PENTA 2100 TC, the VFFS machine realized by PENTAVAC for the those who want an efficient, reliable tool for their
packaging demand. The interface by color Touch Screen panel with symbols
and graphic commands on screen, simplify the handling of the machine even
to the untrained operator. The mechanical gears and drives are conceived
to grant dependability and to reduce the service operations, furthermore the
machine can be fitted to be used with several kinds of feeding equipments,
weighers, fillers, depending on the product to be handled. This is made possible also by the compact size of the frame, which allows to bring the machine
in workshops with little or narrow space. In case of frequent need of shifting,
it is possible to have the machine mounted on wheels.
È disponibile a richiesta una completa serie di accessori: fotocellula
di centratura film stampato, dispositivi di immissione gas, pretaglio
per apertura facilitata, euroforo e maniglia di trasporto. L’intelaiatura incorpora, con una soluzione ergonomica, la predisposizione per il montaggio
di diverse tipologie di stampatori. La gamma di tubi formatori disponibili
consente di realizzare confezioni a cuscino, a fondo quadro, con saldatura
verticale centrale o laterale.
A complete series of accessories is available on demand: photocell
for printed film registration, gas flushing devices, easy opening cut
device, euro hole hanger, carry handle. The mainframe is including, in a smart
and ergonomic solution, the arrangement for various printer devices. The wide
range of forming collar types allows to make pillow bags, block bottom bags,
with sealing in the center or on the side.
Une longue série d’accessoires est disponible sur demande:
photocellule pour le film imprimé, dispositif pour l’injection du
gaz, pré-coupe pour ouverture simplifié du sachet, trou Européen, poignée
pour le transport du sachet. Le châssis ergonomique est prédisposé pour
l’installation de différents système d’impression. Un grand choix de cols de
conformateur permet la réalisation des sachets à coussin ou à fond carré,
avec soudure au milieu ou latérale.

Druckmarkensteuerung für zielbedruckte Folie, Begasungssysteme, Euroloch, Tragegriff etc. Der ergonomische Rahmen erlaubt den Einbau
verschiedenster Drucksysteme. Eine große Auswahl von Formschultern für
diverse Beutelarten wie Flachbeutel, Standbeutel, vertikale Siegelnaht in der
Mitte oder an der Seite des Beutels sind selbstverständlich erhältlich.

ce sont les traits qui distinguent l’ensacheuse PENTA 2100 TC
produite par PENTAVAC pour ceux qui veulent un moyen fiable et efficace
pour leurs exigences de conditionnement. Son emploi est rendu très simple même pour l’operateur novice grâce à son interface avec panneau en
couleur, symboles et commandes graphiques sur l’écran. Ses dispositifs
d’actionnement ont été conçus pour la rendre fiable et réduire le niveau
d’entretien au minimum: de plus, la machine peut être asservie à une vaste
série de doseurs, peseuses et systèmes d’alimentation.
Les dimensions réduites du châssis permettent d’introduire la machine
dans des espaces de travail très exigus. Il est aussi possible de monter la
machine sur des roues si l’on a besoin de la déplacer fréquemment.

und grafische Benutzerführung (Touch Panel) ist die Maschine auch für
unerfahrenes Personal leicht bedienbar.
Die robuste Mechanik und die Antriebe gewährleisten Zuverlässigkeit und
geringe Wartung. Die Maschine lässt sich leicht mit diversen Zuführbändern, Wägesystemen und Dosierern kombinieren.
Durch die kompakte Bauweise findet die Penta 2100 TC auch Platz in
beengten Produktionsräumen. Die optional fahrbare Ausführung ermöglicht
ein häufiges Wechseln des Aufstellortes der Maschine.
