We invite you to a public exhibition to view Richborough Estates’
proposals for land off Great Lane, Frisby on the Wreake.
The exhibition is being held on Monday 13th June between 3.00pm and 7.00pm at:

ABOUT RICHBOROUGH ESTATES
Richborough Estates is committed to responsible, sustainable development
and specialises in bringing forward brownfield and greenfield development
for residential use.
THE SITE
The site is located off Great Lane, measuring approximately 2.7 Hectares in
size. It lies on the eastern edge of Frisby on the Wreake and is defined by
Great Lane to the west and south, including a number of properties to the
west that back onto the site. It is also defined by open fields to the north and
east.
The site is within walking distance of local facilities and amenities within the
village including public transport links.
THE PROPOSALS
The proposals envisage the construction of a new high quality residential
development comprising approximately 48 dwellings of varying size with
associated landscape and access. The proposals will provide both open
market and affordable dwellings and landscaped public open space.
