As a member of NAPE, I coordinate a Mentoring programme for 1st year students led by senior students; I take part in free
workshops for the school community; events for the integration of new students; promotion of the existing IST courses
and degrees; provide customer service, amongst others. I also am the Head Graphic Designer, responsible for the production of flyers, posters and related material for the promotion of the institution, as well as events and activities.
I am a volunteer at JEEC – the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Career Week, an event with lectures, workshops, and
jobs fair. I am the Head Graphic Designer, responsible for executing all the advertising material: branding, posters, flyers,
canvas, official clothes and gifts.
The summer camp for high school and younger students at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon’s initiative.
During 2 intense weeks, the students participate in several educational activities, to learn more about architecture and
engineering degrees. I was in charge of a 20 young students’ group, between the age of 12 and 17. My work was to
accompany them from 9 am to 6 pm, assure all the needed documents and materials, lead them to all activities (labs and
museum visits, experimental procedures, sports) and maintain order and respect among the group and other monitors.

The Spring Events collaborators are responsible for a diverse range of activities, from product promotion to event support,
and several others. As part of the team, I have been able to make product marketing and attend several international
congresses, being responsible for welcoming and registries, customer service, auditorium support, and VIP assistance.

Internship at AWAKE – Design e Arquitectura Architecture Studio, Fátima
As part of my weekend and summer occupation, I worked as kitchen assistant at a traditional Portuguese restaurant. This
first experience created a great teamwork concept and showed me the importance of responsibility and attitude at a
working environment.
High school education was based in scientific and technological knowledge, therefore, professional experience was
essential to complete it. As the best student in class, I had the opportunity to be received as a trainee by the best local
