ARCOLA CENTER
Located on the Route 50 corridor near the Loudoun County Parkway and the future Dulles South
Parkway, the Arcola Project will include 3.3 million square foot mixed-use center, 1.1 million
square feet of retail space (to include Super Target and Lowes), 2.2 million square feet of office
space, 3 hotels, and 1,169 residential units. Construction has begun on residential units with 145

DULLES LANDING SHOPPING CENTER
Located on the Route 50 corridor at the Route 606 and Loudoun County Parkway intersection,
Dulles Landing will be a 700,000 SF Retail Power Center to include a Wal-Mart Superstore,

HCA STONE SPRINGS HOSPITAL CENTER

million, 124 bed, 243,000 square foot hospital plus medical office building broke ground in
October 2013 and is scheduled to open December 2015.

Located on Route 50 across from the HCA StoneSprings Hospital Center within the Stone Ridge
