⅝” sides and backs. Backs are 20% to 50%
thicker than our competitors’, enabling easy, yet
sturdy, wall mounting.

Six-way adjustable 110° clip on
hinges allow easy adjustment and smooth
action. Soft-close hinges also available.

Dado joints combined with ⅝”
construction make our drawer boxes one of the
most stable in the industry.

Contractors, Standard Pacific Homes, Taylor Woodrow Homes, Toll Brothers,
Warmington Homes, Western National Construction, and William Lyons Homes. With
this experience comes the know how to handle projects of any size. From single lot
custom homes to multi-phase planned communities, the Millennium Difference will help
make your next project an unmitigated success.

(2) Panels are sanded smooth, manually and by state-of-the-art sanders,
starting with #110 grit and finishing with #200 grit
sandpaper.
(3) Prior to staining, panels are vacuumed to eliminate dust
particles.

(4) Our Rototech Automatic Spraying machine evenly applies the first coat
of water-based stain.

(5) The Rototech applies a second coat of stain to enrich the wood’s natural
beauty.

(6) An open area on the automated line allows for minor manual
adjustments for color consistency.

(7) Our environmentally-friendly wood sealer is applied using an
automated reciprocating sprayer, ensuring uniform protection.

(8) For distressed finishes, distressing and sand-through are hand-applied
creating a unique look for each panel.

(9) For glazed finishes, panels ae hand-rubbed with glaze and wiped clean
of excess.

The Millennium Difference
(1) We start with only the finest lumber, which is hand-sorted to
complement the finish.
(10) After glaze application, the product is slowly air-dried for 24 hours.
(11) Wood sealer is applied a second time using the
automated reciprocating sprayer.
(12) The sealed product passes first through a hot air oven and then a high
intensity UV oven to guarantee a complete cure.
(13) Panels are hand and machine sanded in preparation for the final
topcoat.
(14) Our specially formulated UV topcoat is applied and any overspray is
recycled, reducing any impact on the environment.
(15) Steps 13 and 14 are repeated.
(16) Each panel is indivdiually inspected as it comes off the line to ensure
our customers’ high expectations are met.
