qualified engineers have decades of experience at maintaining and
repairing electro-optical systems. More importantly, our versatile
talents extend to just about any equipment associated with your
operations, from a wide variety of analyzers to X-ray inspection
systems, vacuum evaporators, and a myriad of auxiliary apparatuses.

We offer service maintenance contracts to provide you with the
same coverage as your current contract. With a Scanservice
preventative maintenance contract whether an emergency or not a
technician will be out as soon as possible (usually between 24 and
48 hours) to assess the problem and repair your microscope.
In order to prevent and minimize downtime, our service contracts
also include routine preventative maintenance service to maximize
the accuracy and performance of your microscope. We help you get
the most out of your microscope. A certificate guaranteeing the date
of calibration and specifications standards is issued upon
completion of routine service.
For your convenience both routine service maintenance and
emergency service needs can be reported and scheduled online
24-hours a day , 7 days a week at www.semservice.com or call
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Affordable
Unlike most SEM manufacturers Scanservice operates with little
overhead. We don’t use our contract to maintain an account
thousands of miles away, so your costs reflect actual costs – at least
1/3 less than you are probably paying now. Our costs are always
below manufacturers’ prices for equivalent service.

In today’s cost-conscious economy, speed is vital. Your equipment has
to be operational and continue uninterrupted. Scanservice’s strength is
our ability to respond quickly to your needs. Our contracts are a
priority.
Scanservice maintains a stockpile of the most commonly used parts
and has ready access to parts specific to your machine’s model. The
result is prompt repairs for the majority of problems within 24 hours.
Service Maintenance Contracts allow you to maintain fixed costs so
you can easily budget your SEM expenses, and Scanservice tailors
contracts to suit your individual needs. We don’t believe you should
have to pay for what you don’t get. The firm that needs only limited
parts coverage should not have to pay to subsidize the one that
must have rapid response time for emergency service. And the firm
that needs immediate service shouldn’t have to pay for the
inclusion of expendables, if they don’t need it. Scanservice offers
more flexible contracts with at least the same amount of coverage
you currently are receiving at a fraction of the cost.
