HEART OF CORK CITY
Fáiltiú an Ardmhéara
Mar Ardmhéara, tá rímeád orm cuireadh a thabhairt duit
go Féile Pádraig Chorcaí 2015, á chur i láthair go bródúil ag
Comhairle Cathrach Chorcaí. ‘Sé téama An Pharáid i mblaina
ná “Coincheapa Cultúrtha” agus ar fud na ceithre lá na féile,
tá súil againn an taipéis saibhir agus éagsúlacht chultúir atá
ar thaispeáint sa chathair seo againne a chur ós comhair an
phobail . Mar sin, bí linn chun ceiliúradh a dhéanamh ar ár lá
náisiúnta leis do theaghlach agus cáirde ó bhaile agus thar lear,
nuair a bheidh an Chathair beo le ceol, siamsaíocht agus spraoi
saor in aisce do chách ar sráideanna na Cathrach.
An Comh. Máire Ní Shiaghail
Ardmhéara Chorcaí
As Lord Mayor, I am delighted to invite you to this year’s Cork
St. Patrick’s Festival which is proudly presented by Cork City
Council. The theme of this year’s parade is ‘Cultural Concepts,’
and throughout the four days of the festival, we hope to showcase the rich tapestry and diversity of culture that exists within
this city of ours. So come join us to celebrate our national
holiday with family and friends from home and abroad, when
the City will come to life with music, entertainment and free
family fun on the streets. I would like to thank our generous
sponsors Cork Airport as well as our media sponsors Cork’s
96FM, C103FM and The Evening Echo for supporting this
year’s festival.
Cllr. Mary Shields
