UTILITY LINE CLEARANCE
Because the trimmings from maintaining utility lines are
generally smaller in diameter, Bandit’s small to medium range
chippers, including our conventional drum chippers, are widely
used to dispose of and recycle utility line trimmings.

ORCHARD WASTE AND PRUNING
With burning bans on orchard waste common, Bandit chippers have
become a popular means of converting orchard prunings into chips
that can be used as mulch around the trees to conserve water.
These chips can also be used to fuel wood-fired power facilities.
• Many orchards utilize PTO-drive chippers in conjunction
with their existing agricultural equipment.

BANDIT ECO WHEEL
The Bandit Revolution is a significant breakthrough
in stump grinder cutterwheel design. This
wheel will significantly lower clean-up costs,
reduce fuel consumption per stump, and
reduce stump grinder wheel maintenance
costs while increasing production.
This optional wheel is an economical choice
that will appeal to those who prefer to
use a standard stump grinder tooth.
(STANDARD)
• Better Chip Containment. The low profile
beveled pocket design increases grinding
production by 30-40% due to reduced pocket
drag. The bevel design also reduces chip throw,
resulting in safer operation and easier cleanup.
• A Deeper Cut. The Revolution wheel uses less
energy and horsepower to grind due to the
positioning of the cutting tools on the wheel,
allowing the machine to make up to a 6” cut
while maintaining a smoother cutting action.
• Low Operating Cost. Thicker
carbide on forged and heat-treated
shanks lead to substantial tooth life

is used in positioning the teeth on

MAXIMUM OPERATING PERFORMANCE
EXTREME OPERATOR COMFORT
• The same patented technology found in our Beast®
horizontal grinders is found in the design of our grinding
heads and carbide cutters. The ‘sawtooth’ design limits the
power needed to cut into the material by controlling the amount
of bite that the tooth will take. This system of raking-and-thencutting material results in a high quality mulch/ground cover
by reducing the number of large pieces in the mulch.
• With electronic joystick controls, it’s a difference you

DROP-FEED CHIPPERS
The all-new Bandit Screen Vacuum Chipper (SVC) is the first of a new line of Bandit chippers designed to produce specifically sized wood chips for biomass
applications. The Bandit SVC utilizes greater knife adjustment and interchangeable screens to produce a highly uniform product with virtually no oversized chips.
Depending on the configuration, the Bandit SVC can create a multitude of chip sizes to address the specific needs of various end users. Its unique vacuum
throwing system draws chips from the screen and forcibly sends them through a special top-load discharge chute designed to load open-top trailers.
The conventional drum chipper has been the mainstay of the utility line maintenance contractor for more than 30
years. They are easy to operate, easy to maintain and are extremely efficient. They are manufactured with a fixed end
discharge. A deflector is available to discharge material at a right angle through the rear discharge.
