Childhood is a magical time. Afternoons are filled with playing dress-up, hosting tea parties
and gathering for secret clubhouse meetings. These are the moments your child will
remember, especially when they’re spent in an enchanting Lilliput Play Home. These
charming retreats have been delighting children for years. Our very first Victorian Mansion
was built for someone very special–our daughter Alyssa. When friends and family began
requesting unique spaces for their children too, Lilliput Play Homes was born.

Our delightfully diminutive dwellings are custom built by skilled craftsmen. Exquisite
in historic architectural detail, each Lilliput Play Home is created with the same
workmanship and attention to detail found in grown-up homes. We use only the
most durable materials so your play home will provide years of wonderful memories
for your little one. All exteriors are constructed of wood siding accented with polyurethane decorative trim, fiberglass shingles, rust-resistant hardware and aluminumframed, acrylic-paned windows. We also offer a
full line of child-sized furnishings to complete our interiors.

Cotton Candy Manor
Sugar and spice and everything nice,
that’s what this manor is made of.
Clad in cotton-candy color siding,
this sweet estate will entertain its
wee occupants for hours. A brassplated doorbell and door knocker
announce visitors. Inside, a loft
leads to a balcony outside, while
a columned porch below creates a
shady spot for reading or resting.
Delectable goodies inside include
sponge-painted walls, simulated
hardwood floors and a skylight.

Grand Victorian
This enchanting play home is straight
out of a fairy tale. The outside is picture perfect, including a wraparound
porch, a stained glass window, window
boxes, a skylight, doorbell and brass
door knocker. Inside, the decorative
details continue with a bay window
with window seat, sponge-painted
walls, simulated hardwood floors,
fireplace mantel and an upstairs loft
accessed by a ladder. The most luxurious Lilliput play home, this Victorian is
truly grand indeed!

Olde Firehouse
This firehouse replica is sure to
ignite any child’s imagination. Inside,
future firefighters can slide down a
fire pole from the upstairs loft to a
realistic fire hose below. Our Engine
Company play home features large,
barn-style “truck” doors, a side door
and skylight that lets the sun shine in.
Clapboard-style siding, crisp white
Colonial trim and a shiny brass firebell accent the exterior.

Neighborhood Market
Your little entrepreneur will be the
big cheese in this quaint general
store. Modeled after a small-town
market, this playhouse features large
display windows, canvas awnings,
an outdoor fruit-and-vegetable
stand and a store sign personalized with your child’s name. Inside
details include a skylight, a checkout
counter, merchandise shelves and a
display case that can be stocked with
the shopkeeper’s favorite nibbles.

Sassafras Castle
The only thing missing is a moat!
This fortress features a tower with a
rock-climbing wall and an enclosed
courtyard where your knight in shining armor can watch for fire-breathing dragons. Inside, a secret room
is tucked away from view, accessed
through a cleverly concealed opening
in the fireplace. Surprise! The eyes in
the portrait above the mantel slide
open, so your child can slyly spy on
anyone who dares to enter.

Storybook Bungalow
It’s the perfect place to host a tea
party for real or imaginary friends.
Our charming Storybook Bungalow
features operable windows framed by
country shutters and cheerful flower
boxes. The ring-a-ling of a real
doorbell announces that guests have
arrived. Beyond the double Dutch
door, a skylight filters sunshine onto
the heart-and-swag-stenciled walls,
loft and simulated hardwood floors
within.

Princess Cottage
There’s no cuter cottage in all the
kingdom. Pretty pink paint and
Victorian trim accent the door and
shuttered windows. Gleaming brass
hardware, a doorbell and a dormer
window brighten the exterior, while
a skylight and fanciful stenciling are
sure to delight once inside. Princes
and princesses alike will love climbing
the ladder that leads to the cottage’s
loft. Our simulated hardwood floors
are sturdy enough to withstand scads
of scampering feet.

Victorian Mansion
An itty-bitty version of the pretty painted
ladies of the past, our Victorian Mansion
is delicately decorated with corbels,
roof rails, scalloped cedar shingles and
a doorbell. The entrance tower’s gaily
colored stained glass window, a skylight
and an acrylic-paned door allow plenty
of sunshine to sneak inside. A delicate
heart-and-swag stencil pattern adorns
the walls, simulated hardwood floors are
impervious to tiny tootsies and a shelf
stores toys and books.

Lil’ Raskals’ Lookout
Covered with weathered wood warning signs, it’s a secret clubhouse
where grown-ups dare not venture. A
sliding peephole in the front door lets
pipsqueaks peek out and see who’s
there. But beware! Without the password, access will be denied. A loft
with skylight and lookout telescope
warns of your approach. Shhhh. Step
softly upon the front porch lest your
footsteps be heard.

Teddy Bear Tudor
Inspired by the picturesque cottages
of the Cotswolds, this tiny Tudor
boasts brick-and-stone-look walls,
criss-cross trim and a real thatched
roof. Just imagine our Teddy Bear
Tudor surrounded by an English-style
wildflower garden with its window
boxes brimming with bright blooms
and a cobblestone walkway that leads
to the front door.
Reed thatch roofing may be substituted in wet climate regions.

Nickelodeon Theater
Whether you’ve got a budding Brando
or Garbo, the Nickelodeon Theater is
sure to get a standing ovation. Its Art
Deco exterior features a ticket window,
neon detailing and a lighted changeable
marquee where your little performer’s
name will play a starring role. Within
the sponge-painted walls are carpeted
floors, steps and a balcony providing
plenty of seating. There’s even a window with shelves to hold a TV and
VCR, or to serve as a stage for puppet
shows. Indoor model only.
