Larry Mullins
In Remembrance
In Loving Memory of our friend and colleague,
Larry Mullins, who departed this life on August 25, 2013.
Over the past 10 years, Larry was a key member of
our NPB family serving as Senior Vice President and
Area Manager.
Larry set a high standard of excellence in his
professional life. His belief in our organization, his
willingness to share expertise & guidance and his
enthusiasm will all be greatly missed.
RESOLUTION
EXPRESSING THE CONSENSUS OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

REGARDING THE DEDICATED SERVICES OF
LARRY G. MULLINS
TO NEW PEOPLES BANK, INC.
WHEREAS, Mr. Mullins served as an employee of the New Peoples
Bank, Inc. from August 15, 2003 to August 25, 2013 (the date of his
demise); and
WHEREAS, he has demonstrated faithful and dedicated leadership to
the bank; and
WHEREAS, he has shown a concern for the welfare of the
stockholders, employees and customers of the bank; and
WHEREAS, he has demonstrated wisdom, knowledge, and invaluable
expertise in the operation of the bank; and
WHEREAS, his wisdom and guidance will be missed; be it finally
RESOLVED that the members of the Board of Directors of New
Peoples Bank, Inc. in recognition of these contributions by Larry G.
Mullins to New Peoples Bank, Inc. direct a copy of this resolution to
be forwarded to Mrs. Judy Mullins, his wife, and that this resolution
be made a permanent part of the New Peoples Bank, Inc. minutes of
September 30, 2013.
