Floor Decals | $10,000
Direct PAs to your booth with footprints featuring your message strategically placed across the Exhibit Hall. You will
receive (20) footprint floor decals to lead attendees directly from the Exhibit Hall entrance to your exhibit space.
Freestanding Signs/Meter Boards | $3,000 (each), $12,500 (5 signs)
Freestanding signs are an effective, affordable way to communicate with attendees. These two-sided signs display your
message in high-traffic areas of the convention center, inspiring curiosity about your product. Each sign is approximately
1 meter wide by 2 meters tall.
Medical Pursuit | $1,000
A great opportunity to help drive traffic to your exhibit. Provide questions that attendees must visit your booth to answer.

Attendee Bag Insert | $5,000 each
Bag inserts are the only items that will be included in the convention
bags aside from the essential show materials distributed to all
registered attendees on site. You may create a new giveaway,

pre-existing item, or generate a print piece creating general
awareness about your company/product. Or, use it as a tool to

PRODUCT THEATERS
Product Theaters are 45-minute sessions that provide supporters with a high-value live marketing opportunity to reach
motivated professionals in a private session held in the convention center. These unopposed presentations are scheduled
throughout the day. Product Theaters provide a forum to gather and discuss issues on patient education, specific products
and therapeutic areas with company representatives or your designees. AAPA recognizes that Product Theaters will be
promotional and may concentrate on a specific product or medication. These sessions are not approved for CME credit.
