Register & Activate SmartPin
This function enables you to register yourself as a SmartPin User by getting the ac tivation PIN
upon a successful completion of the registration process.
Pre-Requisite:
* Latest phone bill from TM to start your registration.
* Company Registration Number
* Your fixed-line phone/CPE is in working c ondition.

What To Do:
1. Start your registration with SmartPin
SmartPin system will display the HOME page as a default page.
If you are not at the HOME page now, click HOME menu to go to the page to start your
registration process.
2.
Click User Activation
to register to SmartPin system
3. Enter valid data in Registration Form
Below is sample data-entry fields:

Field name with * means that this is a m andatory/required field.
Click Activate button to proceed.
The system will authenticate the data entered in the User Activation form to ensure they
are valid before displaying the next page.
If an error is detected, the system will display an error message accordingly. Please try
again to ensure the data entered are correct or no required field has been left blank.
4. Complete the activation process
Upon clicking Activate button in Step 3 - CONGRATULATIONS! page will be displayed. This
page acknowledges you have successfully ac tivated with SmartPin.
Your User Name and Password would be your key to ac c ess to SmartPin service online
after you have successfully activated your PIN.
5. Start to access SmartPin
Once you have successfully completed the service activation of SmartPin, you are now able
to use your User Name and Password to acc ess SmartPin portal system.

Check Activation Status
This feature will help user to check activation status of your registered phone num ber.

How to check your activation status?
1. From the TM Smartpin Main page, click Check your Activation Status.

Enter your registered phone number and click Check to get the activation status of your
phone.
Click Reset button if you want to reset all information inserted.
You will see the result as screen shot below if your servic e number is active.

SmartPin also provides feature for user to retrieve bac k their password.

1. From the TM Smartpin Main page, click Forgot Password.

Select the secret question related to your account profile and provide the answer to the
secret question selected.

Enter your login ID and click Validate button.

SmartPin Login Help
Using your log-in ID and password
Your Log-in ID and Password are created during the registration process. See Service
Activation.
SoftPin requires valid Log-in ID and Password in order for you to access SoftPin System .
For security reason, please handle your Log-in ID and password with care. Please change
your
password frequently. See Change Password

User Management - My Profile
Profile is your personal details page that enables you to edit/update your detail.

This Menu is to update user account personal profile.

This Menu will display after user susscessful Login to the System .
Step No.
How to change your profile?
1.
Click My Profile menu on the main page after login to the system .
2.
Create or update your profile by entering valid data in the fields below:

Your email address.
Current Password
Your existing password

Your new password
Re-type New Password
Retype your new password to
confirm the change

Your secret question to retrieve password from system

Super Admin User
Super Administrator is a TM Product Marketing and TAB personnel who will have highest
access right to all web portal functions. Below are types of menus available in Super Admin

Partner Maintenance
In Partner Maintenance menu, you can add a new Partner, edit Partner and delete existing
partner.
These options are only available for Super Admin user in the Partner Maintenanc e page.
Step No.
1.
How to view listed Partner?
From the Super Admin Main page, c lick User Management and drop down menu will
listed.
Click on Partner Maintenance and the listed Partner will displayed in table.

SmartPin also provides options user to sort data by selec ted Field in the table.

You can drag and drop your desired field to the left or right.
How to Add New Partner?

At Partner maintenance Page, Clic k New Partner at bottom of left pane of the page.

Super Admin Maintenance
In Super Admin Maintenance menu, you can add a new Super Administrator privilege user,
edit Super Admin user and delete existing Super Adm in user.
These options are only available for Super Adm in user in the Super Admin Maintenance
page.

Traffic Analysis
SmartPin provides report that will show traffic analysis for selected Partner.
User can view the traffic summary by Hourly, Daily, Monthly and Yearly.
Step No.
1.
Reporting On Traffic Analysis
From the Main page, click OSS Reports and drop down menu will listed.
Click on Traffic Analysis.
2.

You are able to view this traffic Analysis report by by Hourly, Daily, Monthly and
Yearly.

First, set the Partner from the c ombo box.

Then select the radio button for the summary you want to view by Hour, Day,
Month or year.

Click Submit button.

Incoming

Incoming status is a report for incom ing call made to smartpin system.

This report will show user the succ ess incoming call made to server or errors when
connecting to the Smartpin in a table.

User can view the incoming status by Hour, Day, Month and Year.
Step No.
1.
Reporting On Incoming Status
From the Main page, click OSS Reports and drop down menu will listed.
Click on Status.
Click on Incoming.

You are able to view Incoming call status report by by Hourly, Daily, Monthly and
Yearly.

Select the radio button for the status you want to view by Hour, Day, Month or
year.

Click Submit button.

Outgoing

Outgoing status is a report for outgoing c alls made from smartpin to destinations
numbers.

This report will show user the succ ess outgoing call made from server or errors when
connecting to the destinations in a table.

User can view the outgoing status by Hour, Day, Month and Year.
Step No.

Reporting On Outgoing Status
From the Main page, click OSS Reports and drop down menu will listed.
Click on Status.
Click on Outgoing.

You are able to view Outgoing calls status report by by Hourly, Daily, Monthly and
Yearly.

Select the radio button for the status you want to view by Hour, Day, Month or
year.

Click Submit button.

Area Code menu is a revenue report viewed by area c odes .

This report will list revenue report by area codes according to selected BP, Month and Year
in a table.
Step No.

Reporting On Revenue By Area Code

From the Main page, click OSS Reports and drop down menu will
listed.

Click on Revenue.

Click on Area Code.

First set the BP, Month and Year you want to view from the combo box.

Click Submit button.



Reset Password
Only Super admin can reset user password. Steps to reset password are as below:Step No.
1.
How to Reset Password?
From the Super Admin Main page, c lick on Customer Care.
Click on Reset Password.

User can search by Partner or Company Name then click Submit button will
display list of user login for Partner

Select the radio button for user login that you want to reset the
password

Click on Reset Password.


Feedback
Steps to view feedback are as below:Step No.
1.
How to View Feedback?
From the Super Admin Main page, c lick on Customer Care.
Click on Feedback.

User can filter all feedback by Date, Month and Status then clic k Submit button will
display list result according to selected filter.

You can delete feedback by select the feedback no. you want to delete and click
Delete button.

Click Reset button to abort.

Customer Settings
Manage Settings is a menu for Super Admin User to manage settings for all c ompanies
registered with Smartpin.
By using this feature, you can work as a Corporate Admin user for the selec ted companies.
Step No.
1.
How to Manage Settings?
From the Super Admin Main page, c lick on Customer Settings.
Click on Manage Settings.

This will display a table of all c ompanies registered with Smartpin

From the table in Step 2, double click on selected com pany you want to
view their environment and manage all the informations in that
c ompany menu.

You can have the same ascess as Corporate Admin of that selected
c ompany.
