Outlook WebAccess Login
1. Go to https://mail.clpccd.org
Your user name and password for Outlook email will be the same as you use when you login to
your Windows Active Directory account on your local PC on campus. The login user name format
is domainname\username. (Note: This is a backslash). The format for Chabot is
chabotcollege\jdoe for John Doe and the format for LPC is lpc\jdoe and for district is
clpccd\jdoe. The password is the one that you are using for your Windows login. (Please note
that your old Groupwise password is not valid any longer.)
2. Click “Sign in”
3. Select Language and Time Zone (You will only have to do this the first time)
4. Then Click “Save”
5. This is what you will see when you first login (Your inbox)
6. To Compose an email Click on “new mail”
Then fill out the appropriate fields that are needed and click “send”
7. How to Reply, Forward or Delete an email:
Highlight the email you would like to response to and your actions will be in right hand corner.
Or Double click on the email and a new window will open
8. Calendar -> Click “Calendar” Tab
9. Double Click on the day you would like to add an appointment
10. Fill out the following fields and Click “Save”
11. You should now see an entry in your calendar
