2015 - 2016 School Year Open Enrollment
Schools with designated open enrollment available seats have been
accepting applications since the first week of May. In schools where
applications exceed the declared number of open enrollment seats, a
random drawing will be held in late May or early June. The drawing is
coordinated by School Management Services Office as an alternative
enrollment option to resident schools.
Check the website, http://qualityschools.lausd.net, or go to
any LAUSD school for a list of participating schools, an open
enrollment application, and to obtain the number of open
enrollment seats at each school. You can also call School
Management Services at (213) 241-8044 X 7.
District transportation is NOT available for open enrollment.
California schools are responsible for California State learning standards. Each school’s academic performance Index (API) and climate survey can be found at: http://www.cde.ca.gov/getschoolreport
