personal computers up to Servers. Apart from hardware maintenance, we also
provide application/system maintenance services to upgrade client application
systems in accordance with the company's development and productivity
growth.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES
With our vast experience in e-Procurement and e-Commerce we are
ready to provide consultation in e-Procurement for our customer across

using only genuine parts from our principal partners. We offer three
levels of service repair and maintenance that best suits your budget
and protection needs.
Ad Hoc Services: All charges are based on per printer, per job basis.
Services charges vary depending on location. Benefits are
affordability and quick turnaround time.
Preventive Maintenance Services: One round of printer health
check will be performed at a low fixed cost. Benefits are free on-site
service and support, priority response, problems anticipation and
servicing history for the duration of the contract,
Comprehensive Maintenance Services: A tailored one-year
agreement to provide full coverage of service and parts on
designated printers. Benefits of this type of maintenance program is
the simplicity of troubleshooting and rectification of printer hardware
problems, the elimination of paperwork, fixed budget with no hidden
cost, on-site troubleshooting with servicing history for the duration of
the contract.
