Get Started!
1.Log in to Web Access, go to “Private Office”,
and select “Public Website Profile”.
• Cooking with Rena Ware cookware does not cure or treat cancer, diabetes or any other disease,
and you must not make any such claims.
2.Your name is automatically entered in the
“Account Name” box. To update it (optional),
type in the “First Name” and “Last Name”
boxes.
• You may not use certain words in your message such as job, work, paycheck, hire, etc., nor
include any numerals or currency symbols. If you use a restricted word, you will receive an error
message and will need to remove the words indicated.
3.You can change the default welcome
message (My Story) to personalize it. Read
the “Guidelines on “Editing Your Welcome
Message” before changing!
4.Your website link name will be the first
letter of your first name, together with
your last name. If a person shares your
name and has previously set up a website,
you will need to choose a different link
name or add numbers to your name (example: JRuiz946).
5.Select the banner you want to show on your Home Page. There are six to choose from.
Managing Contacts
Once you have set up your website, be sure you maximize your results by responding
to your contacts in a timely manner. All contact requests will be emailed directly to you.
IMPORTANT: To receive notification by email with the contact information of visitors
to your website who complete the online form, you MUST have a valid email address
entered into the Web Access system.
If you don’t have an email address, you can still generate a list of visitors who have completed
your website’s form. Go to “Private Office”, click on “Public Website Profile”, and then “Public
Website Contacts”. Enter a date range to view. If your contact only provides a name and email
address, you will need a way to respond to them using email. If you choose to manage your leads
using this method, generate this contact list on a regular basis so you can follow up with your
leads as soon as possible.
Rena Ware Policy on Independent Representative Websites
To protect you from others using Rena Ware trademarks on the web in ways that could be
inappropriate and hurt your business, Rena Ware provides an official Rena Ware Independent
Representative website template. Websites made using this template are the only locations on
the web where we allow the use of Rena Ware trademarks or images.
6.The Rena Ware logo will be the default image for your website. To upload a different photo,
preferably a nice photo of yourself, select “Edit My Photo”. Photos must be a JPG, PNG, GIF,
or BMP image, no larger than 500 KB.
7.When you are done customizing, write down your website’s Internet address, shown at the
bottom of the edit screen. Example: http://us.renaware.com/ JRuiz946.
Now, you are ready to start sharing your Rena Ware business online with everyone you meet.
Guidelines on Editing Your Welcome Message
• Keep your welcome message short (50 words or less). Double-check your message before
posting for proper grammar and spelling.
• Adhere to the principles contained in the Standards of Doing Business (RW31). Do not make
statements contrary to those principles when editing your website’s welcome message.
• Do not include any pricing information for Rena Ware products on your website.
• You may say that you represent Rena Ware, but must not state that you work for or have a
job with Rena Ware.
1. Rena Ware does not permit Rena Ware Independent Representatives to maintain Rena Ware
business websites other than those provided by the Company.
2. Rena Ware has provided a Company authorized, Rena Ware Independent Representative
Website template for your use in promoting your business. Websites made using this template
are the ONLY Rena Ware websites Independent Representatives are authorized to use.
3. Your website is meant to promote your Rena Ware business and should be limited to that
purpose.
4. Do not include any links to external websites in your personal story. Do not include any 3rd
party references without permission from the Company. Do not make any statements that are
deceptive or misleading. Please keep in mind that the general policy regarding using Rena Ware
trademarks applies to your personal Rena Ware website.
5. Independent Representatives are NOT authorized to use the Rena Ware name (including
modified versions such as renaware, rena/ware, etc.), the Rena Ware logo, or any Rena Ware
registered trademarked product names (i.e., Nutrex JuicerTM, etc.) in any non-Company approved
materials or media, including but not limited to personal websites.
• Do not state that you are offering others an employment opportunity or marketing or other
position.
• Do not make statements saying a recruit will earn a specific amount if they join Rena Ware.
